Hello, my friends, let's get started! So much has happened, never a dull moment in the era of Obama. It seems our country's not the only one going to hell under his watch, so's much of the world. Let's go in reverse and start with Goober. Goober is my nickname for Prof. Johnathan Gruber, the Obamacare architect whom suddenly no liberal wants to admit they knew and admired. This guy's the classic educated idiot who tried to be cool and rattled off quips to like minded, adoring nerds. Problem is someone was filming and it got out. No need to rehash all of his arrogant spew, you've all heard it-unless, of course, you only listen to the Obama media. They did everything possible to hide it. These videos were hidden in plain sight, on the net for anyone to peruse. The worst part of Goober's comments is not their smug condescension, it's the fact he was correct! Many Americans are stupid, we elected Obama twice and most voters don't even bother showing up. They don't know anything about civics, democracy or who represents them at the local, state or national levels. But they do know who each Kardashian sister is shagging, who won on DWTS and will line up for 2-3 days to overpay for the latest Apple gizmo. Why is this?
 Aside from the vast array of distractions out there, we're reaping what we sowed with govt. run education. Our public schools are a disgrace, we spend far more than any other nation per child but turn out dumber kids than even third world nations. Why else do US tech companies need to recruit from abroad? For the Left, it's a great scheme. They train a nation of dumbed down, permanent underclass dependents who must vote Dem for life. If that pool ever runs low, they open the borders. Rather than fight it, like before, the GOP is doing their damnedest to go along, even having goo goo fits over RINO progressive, Jeb Bush. This is a guy who wants open borders and Commie Core. The GOP just bent over to accommodate Obama & Reid, totally screwing their base who sent them to DC to do just the opposite. Given these sad truths, of course the average voter had no ability to figure out "free" healthcare is only free for freeloaders and that they'd be paying the tab. Of course, a willing accomplice media that never scrutinized any of Obama's failings and a spineless GOP, scared to be called racists, were also key factors.
 Black privilege? Yes, indeed! No need to go over how Obama's entire hoax of a presidency was made possible mostly by his race, as is his continuing media cover. I'm talking about average blacks, who can kill another 50 blacks in a weekend and neither the news nor Revs. Al & Jessie will say a word. But on the rare occasion one of them dies by a white, cop or civilian, it's an all out race war. Hordes will demonstrate and riot, as we're currently seeing, spurred on by organized mob inciters. Many of these cretins don't even know what's the issue or why they're out there, it's a big party. A quick word on the 2 cop cases. Mike Brown was a thug who thought he could bull rush a cop, disarm him and maybe even turn that weapon on the offiicer. He brought it upon himself and is no big loss. The NY case is more complicated. There's video that clearly shows the cops way over reacted. If the man was an armed robber or mugger, I could see the takedown. But what was his crime? He was selling loose smokes, a crime apparently punishable by death in America's most confiscatory tax city. The NY authorities won't charge into Bed Sty for a drug bust but will send an assault squad to tackle a guy not paying taxes.
 The hypocrisy these cases have unleashed is truly a thing of beauty. These mobs march with signs that read "Black Lives Matter!" but when do they matter? Only when taken by a white. Certainly not the other 99% of the time or the millions of black lives taken by abortion. The professional demonstrators have no product, don't work and have nothing else to do. This is Obama's private army and they wanna go to war with us. Look at the recent blockages of major streets and bridges in NY. Looting is also part of the deal, I truly feel for anyone who's put all their life's savings and sacrifice into a business, only to have it burn to the ground like the many black owned businesses we saw in the Ferguson inferno. For those of you unfamiliar with Wynwood, it's a gentrified enclave not too far from Overtown. I rarely set foot in these areas, no matter how chi chi or artsy people consider them. To do so, especially with kids, is a risk not worth taking, IMO. Gentrification solves nothing, it only puts the haves and have nots in much closer proximity than is healthy, particularly when there's civil unrest.  Rather than work to solve the root causes of the problems in the black community, the left only further stokes the fires they started with abject failures like War on Poverty and Great Society 50 years ago. They socially engineer the black family to be a dysfunctional, fatherless matriarchy where single moms are paid to breed kids as welfare investments. This is also seen in the lower end Cuban rafter community. These "virtuous" Latinas shack up with men, have kids and file as "single" to collect whatever our stupidly generous system will give them. The only difference is they don't compose 70-75% of the Cuban population, as is the case in the black community. Blacks are told it's not their fault, it's all racism. So when 50 people were killed in Chicago's South Side, it was the fault of some white racists? It reminds me of the part in Forrest Gump where he's in Viet Nam. He said, "We were always looking for this guy named Charlie", referring to the Viet Cong, aka Victor Charlie. I think Obama, Al Sharpton and the rest of the race industry are still looking for some guy named Whitey, so they can blame him for their own, self inflicted problems. The welfare state is the modern plantation and the master is the Democrat party. They punish the runaways, just ask the black parents in Washington DC what Obama did to their school choice voucher programs. Exemplary blacks who have succeeded are often ripped for "not being black enough" like Seahawk's QB, Russell Wilson.

I don't know of any other ethnicity who exhibits such self loathing, it boggles the mind. Anyone who makes observations or commentary on the obvious is quickly labeled a racist. You want racism? If any of us owed the IRS $800,000, do you think we'd have our own show on PMSNBC or be hob nobbing with the POTUS? But Al Sharpton does owe it and is afforded those special dispensations. This for a "reverend" who never preaches a sermon, fomented the Tawana Brawley scandal and sold drugs, to name a few of Al's illustrious accomplishments.
 The grievance industry resides in far more places than the inner city. The LGBT, enviro whackos, La Raza fanatics and feminists also have major grievance and whining for us all to endure. One thing we must never forget that unites all of these groups: They will NEVER be happy, we can NEVER appease them and no amount of concessions will work. Quite simply, they must be confronted and defeated-period, end of story!
 Meanwhile Islamic terrorists are attacking schools in Pakistan, chocolate shops in Sydney, massacring innocents in Iraq, but we have a Dem party who cries for them and would like to prosecute the same CIA agents who did what was asked of them by politicians who signed off on the rough interrogation tactics. How quickly they forget that the intel on the plot to use liquids to bring down planes was gleaned from harsh treatment of terrorists, albeit in another nation. Obama & Bite Me couldn't wait to spike the ball on Bin Laden but ignore the fact that the identity of the messenger who led us to his compound was obtained by harsh methods. With the increasing difficulty of ever pulling off another 9-11 attack, the likelihood of lone scumbag attacks (sorry, I will not insult wolves, I like them) is higher than ever. It's clear the terrorists know this and are focusing their tactics for this type of terror act. Di Fi was pissed off that the CIA was spying on her, they damn well better be spying on every mosque in the USA! Mosques are ground zero for indoctrinating and networking the future wearers of explosive vests. Sen. Di Fi reminds me of the mom in Back to the Future II, when she was an aging lush. Speaking of lookalikes, I'll end with a certain incumbent Sen. from LA who got whooped by 12 points in last weekend's runoff. Mary Landrieu paid the price for her 95% Obama voting record, good riddance to her. That makes my 8-9 Sen. seat prediction right on the money. Now let's see if the GOP has the stones to lead.

***POST ELECTION SPECIAL*** "Operation Whoop Ass- Americans Are Mad As Hell!"

Wow, what a thrashing, it was long overdue! Yeah, I'm gonna gloat a little bit, there were so many who were so wrong it's laughable. There were also many myths exploded and $ millions wasted by fools with more $ than brains. Let's begin with the myths.
1) "GOP must articulate an agenda and give voters something to vote for".
Wrong, while individual GOP candidates attacked their opponents for their blind support of Obama's disastrous policies, there was no national campaign but the state races were nationalized.
2) "The war on women will destroy the GOP".
No, it destroyed Dems who put all their electoral eggs in this farcical basket, see Sen. Mark Uterus.
The only women who turned out were those "poor, mistreated" conservative women who actually believe children need a father to be there full time. The other gals stayed home.
3) "GOP must embrace the angry Hispanic amnesty zealots or lose big".

4) "Hollywood, the green movement, Billary & Obama will save the Dems".
Totally wrong! Most Dems made it clear they wanted Obama nowhere near them. Billary (aka the Clintons) went to KY, NC, GA & LA and their candidates lost big. Hollywood $ was a total bust, none of their darlings won. Remember actress (and KY native) Ashley Judd was gonna run against McConnell, for about 5 minutes. 5) "GOP will lose Governors, which will blunt any advantage from a Sen. takeover".
Au contraire, mon frer! Deep blue states like MI, MD, ME, MA and even Obamaville (aka IL) saw GOP Govs. get elected in true tsunami fashion.
6) "Yeah, but the GOP has even lower approval than Obama and it will hurt them".
While polls showed that to be true, even the dumbest Americans were able to figure out that the Dem controlled Sen., led by the obstructionist troll, Harry Reid, has well over 200 House passed bills stalled in the waste basket. Reid's refusal to even let them be heard, let alone voted on, outed him as the true villain, making a strong case for his overdue removal as Sen. Majority Leader.
7) "Pedigree will prevail and name recognition will win big".
Yes for GOP, no for Dems. George P. Bush won a landslide for TX Land Commissioner but Alison Lumberjack Grimes (her daddy's a well known KY politician) was whooped. Shelly Moore Capito also comes from a political WV family and is their new US Sen. In GA, there were 2 of these cases. Michelle Nunn (daughter of former US Sen. Sam Nunn) also lost big. She reminds me of Margaret from Dennis the Menace. Even Jimmy Carter's grandson lost in GA.

8) "If the GOP doesn't reach out and appeal to minorities, they'll lose".
That may well be the case in 2016 but the minorities stayed home in droves. I've always felt if the GOP cuts entitlement $ and other gimmes to the rabble, the rabble will stay home when they feel the Dems failed to deliver for them. Why else did these groups stay home? This was a major defeat, Obama has lost 69 house seats and 13 Sen. seats since taking office. No GOP incumbent Sen. lost and only 2 GOP House seats were lost There's every indication that the more Obamacare rolls out and shows its ugly details, the more voters will demand a total overhaul or full repeal. But the GOP needs to lead and remember what they were sent to DC for. It was NOT to make deals or get along with Barry, it was to stop his destructive agenda in its tracks! If they pass common sense legislation in both chambers and force feed Obama a steady diet of what he hates most-anything that's good for the working folks and families- Obama will be forced to veto it and further anger the voters who will take it out on his party. Moderate Sen. Manchin (D-WV) has already ripped Barry and more will follow. Watch how candid he is on this segment from PMSNBC. I don't think liberal toady, Chris Matthews is getting any more "thrills down his leg".

 The fact Obama is in full denial and showing the nation his usual petulance, narcissism, arrogance and disconnect from reality is exactly what I knew he'd do. It will only further anger the voters and his party, whose members are exhausted from being dragged on a chain behind Obama's reckless, careening agenda.  On a FL level, I was thrilled to see the loathsome Joe Garcia get booted after 1 undeserved term. With the exception of our good friend and long time ally, Ellyn Bogdanoff, all of our FDA allies won. Even dentist Fred Costello is back in the FL House, a welcome return for all of us. Alan Hays also won. After losing some seats in 2012, the RPOF won a super majority in both chambers. Let's see what they do with their power. On a personal note, I was glad to see 3-party Charlie also lose, let's hope he goes away for good. Rick Scott's Lt. Gov. is Miami's own Carlos Lopez Cantera. I've been his LCD since he was first elected to the FL House. Who knows, I could one day and up as the LCD to FL's first Cuban (born in Madrid to Cuban parents) Gov.

 I called Barry Obola because he seems to be ensnared in the fallout of govt. ineptitude in dealing with healthcare. They wanna do everything from sending forces to West Africa, training the laughing stock TSA, etc. but have avoided the real solution-locking down any travel from the affected nations. They've recently had to take that step, albeit with great reluctance, the election's too close and it's hurting Dems. Let's be realistic about this. If a physician from Doctors Without Brains just came back from treating ebola cases in Africa and was careless enough to interact with at least 4 people close to him, who are now in quarantine, and ride the subway, what can we expect the system to detect and intercept? You combine a highly contagious, deadly disease in a city where people are packed like sardines and ride the proletariat express-talk about a perfect storm! A few weeks ago the talk was that Obamacare was off the radar screen for the GOP- guess again. This ebola crisis has reignited that flame. Security, in general, has resurfaced in various forms, be it biologic or terrorism, and the Left is always woefully deficient and vulnerable on that issue. What made me LOL was when that idiot M.D. who runs CDC stumbled into admitting that ebola could come across our porous borders. How could that be, if Obola really did secure the borders? He's the only guy with a medical degree who can actually make Silver Witch Sebelius look intelligent or competent.
 Now to the elections, they are right around the corner. I'm very tired of the barrage of "analysis" and "polling" that is mostly agenda driven cherry picking to pump up the discouraged Dems and blunt the eager GOP. They know they're gonna have a low black voter turnout, despite Al Sharpton and other race baiting clowns screaming on the network with no ratings, PMSNBC. But it's even worse that the usual drop in turnout. Obama, himself, was in Baltimore, one of the few places where he's not persona non grata, to stump for the Gov. race. The mostly black crowd started walking out in droves of a size that would put exiting Dolphin fans to shame! And this was mid-speech, not after it was over. I think when you have a deep blue state with a demographic that robotically voted for this buffoon 95%, it's really bad.

 Despite all of that, there are way too many races that the GOP is still iffy on, races that should have been slam dunks weeks ago. Let's face it, we're talking about a party with no spine and a penchant for loathing their own conservative voters far more than their real (Dems) enemies who'll never work with them or vote for them. I saw the last (thank God) debate between Scott & Crist, ridiculously tedious. Scott has to be one of the worst campaigners and debaters I've ever seen. Reptile Charlie exposed his jugular several times and Scott couldn't pull a butter knife. He may survive in spite of himself. We'll know soon how it turns out. If the Dems hold the Sen. this nation is in deep excrement. If Scott loses, it gives Hillary an edge for FL in 2016.
To end on a pleasant note, I just went to Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel for a RPOF House Majority Fishing Tournament. We spent some time with the GOP legislators and did some really great fishing. It was lotsa fun and there should be a piece on it in the next MDDS newsletter.

I think the best way to avoid these potential hostage grabs is for us to stay out of those hell holes. We don't need reporters to be so close to the action, let the savages butcher each other. The same goes for aid workers who can be abducted, tortured and killed for helping the poor and sick. Sometimes there's a fine line between Doctors Without Borders and Doctors Without Brains.  Are you ready for some football? I thought I was, after week 1, but then the real Dolphins and Canes showed up, yikes! The NFL (especially Commissioner Goodell) is under major scrutiny and the long liberal knives are out in number. Yes, some football players (and other jocks) beat up their women. The % in pro sports is actually lower than in the general population. These "abused" women are often gold diggers who hang on for the $, fame and glitz. They have such low self esteem that they shack up and breed bastard kids, sorry but that's the politically incorrect term. A local dentist once told me he was treating the "wife" of one of the Dolphins. When she went to pay, she asked the front desk if she should give them her NFL Player's Union ins. card or her welfare card?! That is precisely the problem, some of these women were in the hood yesterday and in Cocoplum today. If they grew up exposed to violence against women, they may have a hard time rejecting it on themselves, later in life. The 72% illegitimacy crisis is not limited to the ghetto. Even A-list actors like Jamie Foxx do it, and that's the problem, idiots see that and figure if the cool folks do it, they can, too. Ray Rice's woman was so smart she actually did marry him, despite the knockout game he played on her skull. Why else do you think cops loathe domestic disturbance calls? But Roger Goodell can't be responsible for the actions of "men" who often have 6th grade IQs and 'roid rage actions. Imagine if the media went after the A.D.A. Pres. because a few dentists beat up their wives? Lastly, there's the political angle, of course. The ridiculous "war on women" farce needs an occasional outrageous act to grab headlines and make the public demand heads to roll. The upcoming elections only heighten the urgency, especially for Dems. Let's not ignore the $ factor, these guys make big bucks and most of it stays in the system. They are often rich, conservative Black men- an object of fear, envy and loathing to the left. The NFL, NBA, etc. are meritocracies, if you can't play you get tossed. That's just not fair to the panty-waisted Chardonnay sippers who give 5 identical trophies to all 5 teams and don't keep score or play dodge ball. It the end it won't work, football fans don't GAS about these meddling weenies and will turn out to see their teams, even the "offensive" Redskins!
 Speaking of spineless, how's that pathetic GOP doing? They seem hell bent on snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. I get all these emails from Marco and others, imploring me to cough up my $ so the GOP doesn't get outspent by the Dems. Yet they refuse to man up and speak out about slam dunk issues like Obamacare and amnesty, both of which are killing the Dems. It seems no matter what they hear from their base, the GOP is still in electoral PTSD and fearful of offending the very rabble that will NEVER vote for them. Of course nobody wants to give $ to wimps who won't fight, look what that got us in Iraq. If the GOP blows this election, we're all royally screwed! 2016 is not nearly as favorable for a GOP Sen. majority and 7-8 of the current Dems up in Nov. are walking cadavers, waiting to be taken out by even a mildly aggressive opponent. When the latest polling on what worries Americans has Obamacare down at 4-5%, you know there's some serious SHTF going on.
The problem for the Dems is that it's dropped to 4% because the economy, joblessness and the border are much higher. It's like forgetting you have a perio abcess on #15 coz you just got a coronal fracture on # 14! Let's cover the misery, shall we?
The Russians have gone to step 2 of their rebuilding the USSR by arming Ukrainian separatist rebels with SAMs. It wasn't enough to take Crimea, they had to give WMDs to drunk moron thugs who have no discipline or real military training. Their "leader" looks and acts like a character from a bad Golan & Globus movie where the Reds wanna conquer the free world. At least when the USSR shot down a Korean Airliner in 1983, it was on purpose. But these imbeciles mistook a Malaysian Air 777 for a Ukrainian military transport or bomber, ooops! Keep in mind, these tools don't have the ability to use these missiles on their own, they were trained by Russians. It doesn't help that the Ukr. military is so weak they can't wipe out this Pro-Russian rabble on their Eastern border. Maybe if Obama sold them something a little stronger than MREs, they might be able to wage war better. This is why the shameful disgrace of passengers' corpses lying around the wreckage is still present. The rebels won't allow anyone from the intl. community to go and do their job. The last thing they want is proof of Buk missile remnants positively identified on the wreckage. Putin really screwed up and may pay dearly, but not right away. Right now he's at 85% popularity in Russia! No wonder even a maniac like Hitler despised these morons, they really are a special kind of stupid. But then Obama still has close to 40% approval here, we're not too far behind. Unlike Vlad the Runt, I think Barry will pay dearly come Nov.
 The Buk missiles sold to the rebels aren't the only ones I'm referring to in the above title. We now have tons of missiles raining into Israel, compliments of their Hamas neighbors. What amazes me is how many cretins actually blame Israel and think the Palestinians are peace loving victims. Bibi said it best; Israelis use missiles to protect their children while Hamas uses children to protect their missiles! I expect Hollywood's useful idiots like Penelope Cruz & Javier Bardem to side with terrorists. These are self absorbed people who often have little or no education in world affairs and live in a world of liberal PC fantasy. You'd think they'd at least realize any celeb who gets political alienates 50% of their audience. I guess it's too much to expect of people who memorize lines and pretend to be someone else for a living. What I don't expect is educated, otherwise intelligent people to be so thick.  Israel is a soda cracker-sized land mass on a dinner table-sized map of the Middle East. How is it these folks are the only ones who manage to sustain a thriving democracy in a region surrounded by nothing but police states, slavery and horrendous abuses of human rights and decency? Maybe it's because Israelis don't worship death, and their leaders don't run and hide when hostilities ensue.  I know domestic violence exists in the Western world but the bible and clergy don't tell us to do it. The sick cult (Islam) that worships death also supports abusing women & children. I was once released from jury duty in a domestic battery case involving a loser Cuban rafter who violated a restraining order and beat up his ex-wife in front of their 2 small children. I'm not sure why they dismissed me, maybe it was because when the defense attorney asked me what I'd do to his client (if he were guilty) I told him I'd beat him to an unconscious pulp.  I think if any of you had a next door neighbor who promised to kill you and your family, dug tunnels under his own house and hoarded RPGs & missiles, you be upset. If there were no police or other authorities to save you, you'd have to either leave your home or fight to defend it. That's precisely the predicament Israel has been living under for decades. Meanwhile we have a buffoon-in-chief who gave Hamas $ billions for building homes that went into making terror tunnels. Then he has the nerve to urge the Israelis (who announce the bombing targets in advance to allow for civilian evacuation) to "do all they can to limit civilian casualties". I've said this before and it still applies: No lasting peace will ever happen in a conflict without one side achieving the total defeat and unconditional surrender of their enemy. We did that to Germany & Japan, back when the USA knew how to win wars. Today we dither and conduct endless panty raid, pillow fights with limits, 24/7 media scrutiny and lawyers.
Until the Israelis make Gaza look like 1940s Dresden and Berlin, this will never end.
 Let's end with the border disaster. We have 1000s of illegal aliens (which includes kids, adults and gang thugs) storming our borders. This is about as accidental and hap hazard as the Benghazi attacks of 9-11-2012 were. There's a concerted, orchestrated effort by Obama and the leaders of several banana republics to bring over their least skilled, most uneducated and welfare dependent masses. There's no Ellis Island aspect here, they are not quarantined if sick and the Drs. who oversee this are strictly prohibited from commenting. Even lawmakers are barred from visiting these woeful facilities.
We hear Obama openly lying about immigration hearings, 80% do not show up for any hearings once we release them on good will. Most of these folks, when interviewed, tell us they came because the word in their countries is if they can get here, they can stay. The sources of this propaganda are our own govt. and their corrupt regimes. These illegals do not arrive in a thankful or polite manner, they come with a sense of entitlement, demanding all the goodies. When I contrast that mindset to my family's gratitude when we came to America in 1961, it's day to night. Hello, my friends! I'll get to the main topic soon but first some dental news. Yes, we finally passed non-covered services and it's been signed into law! Took us long enough, but it's still good news. Our next legislative gallstone will be keeping dental medicaid funding separate from medical. I'll go into greater detail on that one when we tackle it next year. The other issue is the BOD rules language that would never have seen the light of day or the inside of the HOD, if not for our district. We may be small but we pack a punch. It was Rich Mufson who first brought it up since the FSOMS was taking the issue seriously. But we are all dentists and this abusive, capricious overreach wil hurt all of us. Here's the deal on this.
 There are a few bad apples who don't give a damn what the rules are and repeatedly find themselves before the BOD. This group has used the tactic of lawyering up and beating the rap in civil court. This is, no doubt, upsetting the board members who genuinely wanna do their job and pursue these bad actors. One of the reasons they feel they keep losing is rules language, particularly record keeping, that allows enough wiggle room for reasonable doubt and the perps to prevail. So, their solution was to significantly tighten up this language to the point of onerous absurdity. They wanna mandate that we record things like what brand, how much dental materials we used. They also want what type(s) of injection we used, who assisted us and their initials. We all record how many carpules of anesthetic we use and what type. I told an attorney pt. of mine the staff's initials rule and she said, "Wow, are you guys doing pelvic exams now?"
 I doubt any of you are naive enough to believe this piling on will protect our patients or that it will have any impact on those who've already shown they simply don't care what the law is. What it will do is cause undue distraction from what we should be focused on (the pt. in our chair), waste time, increase costs and arm our ambulance chaser adversaries with even more ways to get us. Basically this is a case of the BOD attorneys losing in court to outside hired guns and the BOD punishing the 6,000 dentists who practice the right way and respect laws. They need to get better litigators, period. More laws have never prevented anything illegal, see Prohibition, homicides, rape, drug abuse and speeding. In the end, the HOD voted to oppose this language and do a rules challenge. But it was a very narrow vote and only made possible by requesting secret ballots. I was dismayed the most by the unbelievable number of my colleagues who exhibited such Stockholm Syndrome re: the BOD and walk on eggshells around them, as if the BOD is all knowing and infallible. Please don't misconstrue my point. I have the nothing but respect for the BOD, but they're only human and capable of getting an issue wrong. I believe this case is one of those times. This issue is far from over.
 Now about that collapse. Look at our economy, the VA, the job market, our southern border and Iraq. Yes, it's one big SNAFU! The cost of everything from ins. premiums, food, gas, durable goods and tuition keeps rising. Even the universities are citing Obamacare as one of the reasons for an already ridiculously high tuition going even higher. Never mind the fact these kids are gonna live with mom & pop till they're 40. Anyone who shares the delusion of govt. run healthcare working need only look to the VA, it's a disgrace! Illegal aliens get better, faster medical care than our vets.
 The part of the VA scandal that infuriates me the most is that the govt. claims it lacks the $ to properly care for our vets, but they have plenty to give out $ millions in bonuses to those "administrators" who were most adept at rationing care and cooking the books to cover it up. They also seem to find $ millions to pay out in lawsuit damages when they really screw up big. This pattern of rewarding those who destroy the lives and livelihoods of others is also seen in the IRS bonuses. As soon as Fido pukes up the IRS's homework, maybe we can find out even more. But if any who work in these bureaucracies speak out, they are targeted. The textbook definition of an anti-social attribute is to help those who harm others while hurting those who help others. That's exactly what our govt. agencies are doing. Needless to say, the constant in all of these issues is the fact these are govt. union employees who know they can't be fired. If the private sector votes to be unionized, so be it. That trend is going sharply the other way, we now have one fifth of the 35% union market share of private industry seen in the 1950s.  I won't deal with the Middle East for too long. Because that's all this "kids on the border crisis" is, aside from a hearty FU to Govs. Perry & Brewer by Obama for their open defiance to his tyranny. We're to believe these grade school and pre-kinder tots came from Honduras and Guatemala, traversed the entire Mexican mainland and made it to the exact Border Patrol choke points all by themselves? They not only don't run from La Migra, they run toward La Migra, it's like something from a George Lopez or Cheech & Chong movie. Let's not forget, there are other far more dangerous undesirables who also come across in these tidal waves. I've heard some Miami libs use the Pedro Pan analogy as an excuse. Cubans came across in the Pedro Pan flights but these were organized, rosters with names and finite numbers, as well as the faith based organizations who placed, housed and fed these kids. Some of our colleagues were Pedro Pan kids. To compare the 2 is apples to oranges- ok, mangoes to avocadoes. They've already found over 1,000 illegal ballots from Dems who'd voted in the June 3 primary for the Dem candidate then voted for Cochran on June 24, that's verboten. This also shows the GOP is basically a worthless version of Dems Lite. All they want is for RINOs like Cochran to keep the pork coming to a state that's still 49th out of 50, despite decades of govt. $. This old coot should be put out to pasture and it's exactly why we need federal term limits. If these true Uncle Toms were so in love with Thad (as is the current spin) for all his generosity and help after Katrina, where were they on June 3? It wasn't until they were mobilized that they suddenly realized he was their new messiah and turned out 40-50% higher in the run off. This tactic will be repeated until the GOP closes all of its primaries to registered GOP voters, only. As for MS, if McDaniel doesn't get these votes tossed out, he can run as a write in Nov. and likely win. How poetic it would be, to use a page from the Lisa Murkowski playbook? So much has been happening the last few weeks. We now know the DHS & BLM are far more concerned with terrorizing Bundy's cows and fed up Americans than protecting our borders. If only those cows were deemed to be an illegal breed from El Sur, whose only sin was to seek greener pastures in El Norte, they would be getting fat off the govt. grass and issued all kinds of protections and gimmes. Maybe if they were OWS cows, fighting to stop Big Agriculture and its evil minions like ADM, they'd be celebs and Leatherface would praise them as "organic and spontaneous". It must be said Bundy's a racist moron who can't seem to shut up or realize the media are not his buddies, he certainly has a talent for self destruction and alienating symapathizers. That said, the regime blinked and there will be more of these standoffs. As long as cameras are rolling and an infuriated nation is watching Obama's unmitigated tyranny, he won't have the nads to do what he'd really like- to fire on fellow Americans who oppose his thuggish arrogance.  Yesterday was Armed Forces Day, I hope all of you thanked any vet you saw for their service. It makes me sick to see what's happening in the V.A. It's nothing new and has nothing to do with who's in power. The V.A. is a corrupt den of ineptitude, protected by a mafia of govt. unions and a refusal to fix anything. Those in the system who try can be ostracized and threatened. I can't think of a more outrageous example of this dysfunctional mess than the fact elderly vets who fought in WWII are denied care, many even dying from negelct, but the PC bureaucrats are falling all over themselves to facilitate a sex change operation for traitor Bradley Manning, so the tranny freak can become Abigail, or whatever new "identity" it desires. No one who's served in the military deserves this abandoment by the very nation they sacrificed so much for.
 Just when Hillary thought she'd gotten some distance from her State Dept. legacy of total ineptitude, we get the Boko Bros. acting out, you can't write this stuff, my friends. No, it's not Procol Harum (Whiter Shade of Pale), it's Boko Haram, another group ready to show the world why we don't need to fear Islam or it's dark dream of a world caliphate. This is the sick cult that has lackeys like CAIR running around to reassure us they're a religion of peace, embrace tolerance and wish they'd get it from us unrepentent infidels. There are more and more Muslim women coming out and speaking loudly to all who will listen that there's no such thing as moderate Islam or any trace of a modern, civilized society when these zealots are in power. How many of you who have young daughters could even imagine them being denied education, voting rights and subjected to genital mutilation- all in the name of God? How many of you who are adult women could even begin to fathom a world where you are covered in a shroud of shame and must tolerate any and all abuse from your husband, including beating you in public if you upset him? The African continent is exploding in Islamic terror, with numerous bombings in Kenya, Somalia and cases like Boko Haram in Nigeria. They have one common bond, aside from radical Islam, weak govts. too corrupt and dysfunctional to take a stand. I had to LOL today when I heard a report that these nations get upset by U.S. State Dept. travel advisories, feeling they're meant to punish the African nations. Really??!! Any American crazy enough to visit any of these hell holes should at least be forewarned. I couldn't care less if that punishes any nation that wants our tourist $ but can't punish their own barbarians. Can you imagine if the Tea Party (deemed by Obama to be the greatest threat the country faces) was running around in marauding hordes, kidnapping tourists, taking young girls and bombing public places? Yet Her Thighness stubbornly refused to call Boko Haram a terrorist group over the last 2 years.
 That brings me to Benghazi, I can't wait for the new hearings. Obama has the old Soviet mindset that if scandals are so numerous and complex, the average idiot will fail to focus or give them any importance. We shall see, once Trey Gowdy is done with them. Boo Hoo had to appoint this new committee when the smoking gun email recently surfaced. I think he knows he'll get reelected but his days as SoH are numbered. But don't worry, PBS's shrieking old hen, Eleanor Clift, just reassured us Embassador Stevens was not murdered, he died of smoke inhalation, LOL. Yes, and Trayvon Martin died of heavy metal toxicity. Denial, born of desperation, can be truly hilarious.
 How about some dentistry? We finally got our non-covered services passed, Lex Luthor better damn well sign it! It only took 4 sessions and it looks like our bill to keep dental Medicaid $ separate from medical $ will also be an uphill fight. This past DDOH I asked Sen. Pres. Don Gaetz (in a conference room with 40-50  dentists) why he was blocking our "keep dental separate" bill. His excuse was that if the state gave every interest group a carve out, they incur huge admin costs. When I reminded him those costs would pale in comparison to what poor folks with no dental homes cost the taxpayers in ER visits, he didn't like it or have an answer. I also told him we'd be back- and we will. I won't miss Gaetz and hope the new Sen. Pres. is better for our issues. The fact Gaetz has refused to assign a man as highly qualified in healthcare our own Dr. Alan Hays to any healthcare committee, should tell us all we need to know about his priorities. You'll be happy to know the Cuban dentist bunch (in CA) is still at it, but found no one to sponsor their bill this session. If they'd just done the 2-year DDS training, instead of the 4-5 years and $150,000+  they've wasted on lobbying for special favors, they'd be practicing ages ago. Oh, well, some folks just never learn, shortcuts can prove to be very long.

Since we all know nobody's gonna bomb or otherwise attack the Russkies, the bully has won- at least for now. Severe $ sanctions by ALL of Europe & the US will hurt Russia, especially if it includes all their corrupt, well connected oligarchs who live in posh Euro capitals and whose little Borises & Natashas attend the finest private schools where they can learn about an actual world beyond babushkas, claustrophobic apts. and potato juice. What Ukraine needs to do is pass a law that anyone who chooses to stay in the newly stolen West Russia (which last week was Crimea) can never return to the Ukraine, they're barred for life. Once the Putinmoon ends, it might be poetic justice for these folks to really have to live with the govt. they deserve. Funny how Vlad made it a 5-year gulag term for anyone wanting to break away from Russia, but has no problem enforcing the breakaway of part of another nation. So, it was a case of  "I won't sell you weapons but here are some TV dinners".  We shouldn't be surprised when Putin moves into the rest of Ukraine, the EU better grow a pair real fast.

Newsflash to conservatives: no Libertarian will EVER win any major election. So, concentrate on removing RINOs and purging the GOP of wimps like Boo Hoo, McConnell and Grahamnesty. All 3rd party plants do is divide the GOP vote. The last time our idiot voters tried to "teach the GOP a lesson" was Nov. 2012, didn't that work out great?! Had Sink won, you'd have the Obama media, Witch Debbie and the rest of the drones shouting 24/7 how Obamacare is still popular and they will run on it. Since she lost, they're in total damage control, spin and panic modes. For sociopaths, blatant lies are SOP and resume enhancers, look how famous it made Bill Clinton. The only defense Obama has is to keep postponing more & more aspects of this NY garbage barge. Problem is, that only makes it fester more and smell worse, something Alex Sink just found out. It looks like even the dumbest Americans are not falling for "here's your brownie now, don't worry about when we make you eat your Brussels sprouts, that'll be much later". They realize stall tactics that expire right after the next 2 elections are a farce and will come with a very high price for those foolish enough to trust them. Losing his cred and the trust of even former Koolaid drinkers took way too long, but it's finally happening. Keep in mind, even the pitiful enrollment numbers are a farce, they have nothing to do with how many have paid. The other day, I got an email that perfectly sums up Obamacare:  " To insure the uninsured, first we make the insured uninsured. Then we make the formerly insured pay more to become re-insured, to enure the uninsured are insured for free". Churchill (Winston, not Wendy) was spot on when he said, "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, the gospel of envy. It's inherent virtue is the sharing of misery". That's probably why the USA has to build fences to keep people out, while communist countries build walls and machine gun towers to keep their people in.
 Any of you who follow today's big parade in Boston may know the mayors of NYC and Beantown boycotted the parade, out of solidarity for the organizers' not bowing to pressure by the LGBT activists to let them sully a family event with their agenda driven histrionics. OMG, I'm sure the folks enjoying the parade were really disappointed not to see 2 liberal mayors who preside over bankrupt, dysfunctional cities! The 1st amendment allows for peaceful assembly but isn't that what Gay Pride parades are for? Do any of you think the LGBT organizers would allow Catholics or St. Patrick's followers to walk in their parade? Neither do I. There were also 3 beers that pulled their support, Sam Adams, Guinness & Heineken. There's plenty of competition in the beer industry and Guinness tastes like roof tar water. These foolish companies should well remember that most beer drinkers are not zealots and boycotts work both ways. Just ask A&E network.

Happy New Year to all of you! I hope you had a nice Hanukkah and Christmas, as well as some time to relax with your families. Let's jump right in.
 I'll start with the total joke that is Obamacare. Notice the Dems suddenly ditched the moniker even Barry said he liked? Leatherface was lecturing some reporter the other day on the fact it's called ACA, despite the A & C being total lies, it's neither affordable nor does it provide any care. The more we see about this attack on the free marketplace and govt. seizure of most every aspect of our lives, the more even the dumbest Americans are waking up. The irony is delicious, the very groups meant to benefit from Obamacare and supportive of it, are the ones getting burned the most. That would be the poor and the young who voted for Obama in a big way. I don't feel sorry for either group, they will reap what they sowed. Last issue I mentioned the radioactive factor of Obamacare and his govt. run healthcare in LA. Sen. Mary Landrieu is gonna face the voters in Nov. and made sure she ran the hell away from Barry during his LA visit. NC's Kay Hagen did exactly the same thing a few days ago, I think it was a "family crisis" that involved her hair salon, LOL.

 I could go on and on about this but the bottom line is this: This abortion was bred by Dems and Dems, alone. It's the first major law in US history that was passed on a purely 1-party vote. They own it and they will be punished in 2014. When Nov. nears, I predict the number of Americans who've lost their coverage will exceed those who got ACA policies. The "if you like your Dr." lie was not just repeated endlessly by Obama. All the Dems who dutifully voted for it are also on video telling the same lie over and over, something their GOP opponents will run over and over in campaign ads. By then, the other shoe (employer mandate) will have dropped and even more Americans will be furious and seeking vengeance. What is now impossible to hide or deny is that this plan was never meant to work. It was designed to sabotage and destroy private insurance so people would be in a panic and demand single payer, what Obama promised SEIU he'd do back in 2007.
 The meltdown of the Middle East is being seen on a daily basis. It's clear we spent countless American blood and treasure to meddle in countries that hate us and prefer Sharia Law. Iraq is far worse off than before 2003 and Al Qaeda is taking it over, with the help of Iran. The Arab Spring is now a rotting boil of failure, needless US losses and discontent. Afghanistan, Barry's "good war", is no better off. Every time I see their leader, who looks like he's wearing a bedroom drape poncho and an organ grinder monkey's hat on his head, it makes me sick. Bob Gates' trashing of Obama in his recent book is a clear sign the top brass have no respect for this buffoon and his so called foreign policy. The same is true of the newly released documents re: Benghazi. They have exposed the fact Obama and his minions were immediately aware it was a terrorist attack and lied from day 1. The recent puff piece from the NYT was a transparently pathetic attempt to clear the deck for Hillary in 2016. It's not a huge issue but still hangs around. The NYT may be clinically dead in readership numbers but they'll never stop being Obama's #1 useful idiot. Gallup just polled the steadily increasing number of Americans who say they are $ worse off than last year, now at 42%. No problem, NYT did a piece on a "study" that concluded hard work and sacrifice can make you ill. That way the low info (moron) voter can say there's an upside to Obamanomics and the 92 million out of work.
 It seems the Left can't catch a break these days. No sooner had the ink dried on the NYT Hillary coverup, there was a bipartisan report that completely refuted their lies of a video causing the "spontaneous" attack.
The Christie issue is also exposing the Left's double standard and hypocrisy. They've jumped all over Crisco, as if he'd shot JFK, over a bridge lane tampering. I'm not suggesting the issue doesn't warrant investigation and severe consequences, if it's proven the Gov. was involved. I'm pointing out that this same, outraged over Crisco  media refuses to cover all the Obama scandals and either dismisses them or aids in the coverup. Last issue I told you the media love affair with Crisco would end abruptly, as soon as he was seen as a threat to Hillary. Let this recent vendetta and witch hunt be a warning to all Repubs who are so wimpy, insecure and needy that they think they can suck up to their opponents and win favor. Liberalism is not to be coddled, it is to be exposed, confronted and defeated!
The recent attempts to trash the film Lone Survivor are also backfiring. The Navy SEAL who the film is about (Marcus Luttrell) is nobody you wanna lie about or anger. He's been cracking heads (figuratively, of course) on TV when anyone tries it. The most unusual part of this is Mark Wahlberg, who played Luttrell, is by his side in some of these appearances. It's rare to see Hollywood defend our troops.
 Even the Duck Dynasty bugaboo got ugly and backfired on the Left. In the end A&E had to bend over and shut up. They realized they were put in a bind of either angering 5% of their viewers or 85%, duh! It's hilarious that a network with an artsy, frou frou name has to depend on a silly show about a redneck family that eats together and prays for their biggest $. DD isn't the only manly show on A & E, they also have Longmire and The Glades. Can you say market reality trumps liberal hypocrisy? Needless to say, this puts a fatal shot in Obama's dream of gun control, pun intended. There are more people in IL, aka Barryville, getting concealed weapon permits than signing up for Obamacare-  ouch!
 Amid all these setbacks, Obama is trying his usual tactics- talking endlessly about nothing. Even the bussed in, sycophant audiences are glassy-eyed and not buying it. He's even slipping up and blurting out very revealing truths, like his recent comments about having a pen to deal with a Congress that opposes him via executive order. It's Barry's way of saying "yeah, I'm a tyrant and do whatever the hell I want, just try and stop me!". I doubt the pathetic, spineless GOP will try to impeach him, even of they take back the Senate.
 There was an arrest in NYC of a 35 year old scumbag who attacked 7 elderly Jews in what's spun as the knockout game. No, it's  not just teenagers doing this. Holder & Co. don't wanna prosecute him as a hate crime offender. They only do that when it's white on black violence, a rare occasion. Allen West said it best. At some point one of these thugs will attack someone who carries a concealed weapon and that person will shoot and (hopefully) kill one of these feral animals. Then the media will suddenly care and we'll see poverty pimps like Jackson & Sharpton run out like they did with the Martin case.
 For me, the most disgusting aspect of the upcoming elections is how RINO cowards like McConnell, Boo Hoo (Boehner) and Grahamnesty are actively opposing their more conservative candidates. These feckless wimps are happy to remain a perpetual minority party, so long as they can keep their little perks and pensions. They are obsessed with acceptance from an opposition who despises and ridicules them. I sincerely hope this summer brings us many primary challenges and removes these clowns for good. Karl Rove, whom I'm also sick and tired of seeing and hearing, predicted none of the RINOs who get primary challenges will lose. Aside from the obvious benefit of removing these spineless impediments, it would be great to see Rove ridiculed and run outta the media town on a rail. He already made a fool of himself on election night 2012 when he refused to accept that it was over and Romney had lost big.
 On the dental legislation front, we have our usual slate of issues to deal with. It seems the Rafterdontists are back at it, trying to get lawmakers to support what I call the Cuban Dentist Adjustment Act of 2011 (now 2014). So far none of the Senators have wanted to touch it, but we must keep an eye on this issue. It also looks like the House will be our biggest impediment for our bills. I differ from the FDA position of keeping on in the same manner as the past 3 years. I recently learned that optometrists had to spend 10 years on an issue to prevail! That's their problem, they've become Costco and Wal Mart employees. We shouldn't have to spend 10 years to pass non-covered services legislation that 37 states already have. I think this year we need to ditch what so far has proven to be Einstein's def. of insanity and go from alternative to ultimatum.
 I'll close with the Mandela funeral. Boy did Barry get an eyeful and earful from Moochelle! The pictures of him and the leggy Danish blonde, as his 1st lady feels increasingly 2nd tier and shows it, are hysterical. In the last pics, he's forced to switch seats.
