"Oppression & Bobble Head Candidates"

Hello to all, it's been a while, I know. Let's start with the topic du jour, oppression. It seems that a few professional athletes have decided to suddenly notice how America oppresses blacks and people of color. Never mind the fact useful idiots like Colin Kaepernik  played in the NFL for years and never had the presence of mind to notice this terrible abuse, let alone protest it. Never mind the fact we have a (half) black POTUS and a cabinet to match. Never mind the fact the NFL & NBA are majority black athletes and blacks in this country succeed at rates unseen in any other nation. This is all about the NFL's gang, thug mentality and their increasing allegiance to BLM. Given the pathetic season opener our hapless Dolphins gave us yesterday, I think the NFL players might wanna concentrate less on protest and more on hanging onto the damn ball or scoring some points! It's ironic that useful idiot, Kenny Stills (WR), was one of the protesters and later dropped an easy TD pass laid perfectly in the right place by Miami's mediocre QB, who rarely displays the ability to throw a deep or touch pass with precision, LOL. True to Dolphin ineptitude, near the end of the game Stills was again open for what would have resulted in a game winning TD or FG, had he been tackled short of the goal line. But Tannehill, true to his usual form, over threw Still by 2 yards. These players are not too bright, for the most part, but they do hire smart, overpaid agents to be their mouth piece and brain. You'd think these agents might earn their pay and tell these morons the #1 rule of business, you don't poop where you eat.
Our 1st amendment does give these players the right to protest, it also gives us the right to respond. I, for one, have better things to do than watch a crappy team with zero sense of what really matters.
If they truly believe their people are oppressed, why aren't they in da hood helping out? The first thing any professional athlete does upon signing their contract is to GTHO of the ghetto, I don't blame them. So, please, spare us the pseudo indignation and social awareness. I wonder if these fools have any idea of what real oppression is? Do they know what goes on in places like N. Korea, the Middle East, Cuba, most of Africa? I doubt it. BTW, for any of you who know me and my deep involvement with politics, wonder if I practice what I preach, YES. There are no campaign signs, buttons or similar materials on my office, building or vehicle. I don't want to put off any pts. who may have different views. As for any bumper stickers, liberals don't respect freedom of speech and will vandalize cars with Trump, Rubio or any other Republican stickers.
Now let's look at bobble heads, that's what HRC looked like at a recent campaign stop. This looks to me like a Parkinson's episode, see for yourselves:

What it reminds me off was when Michael J. Fox intentionally skipped his Parkinson meds when he testified before Congress, so they could see what it looked like unabated.

Some might say, okay, so Hillary has Parkinson's, so what? My reply would be to remind people of the major stink the Dems made about McCain and his illnesses in 2008. If it mattered then, it sure as hell matters now. HRC is already unfit to be POTUS for reasons like her abysmal record as Sec. of State, flagrant dishonesty and corrupt dealings through the Clinton  Foundation, her instrument for selling influence and access to foreign nationals with anti-American interests and intentions. Her utter hypocrisy as a so called "feminist" is also disgusting, given the fact she's taken $ millions from nations that systematically subject women to violence, genital mutilation, "honor" killings, slavery, denial of basic rights like studying, driving a vehicle or having their own bank account, and even death by stoning for such heinous crimes as being raped but not having 4 male witnesses to corroborate it. Let's face it, if her last name weren't Clinnton, HRC would be a relatively unknown, mediocre lawyer, who was booted from the Watergate attack team for blatant dishonesty.

Yesterday was the 15th anniversary of 9-11 and things are no better now than then. Domestically, we've had numerous attacks, some that failed while others did not, by Islamic terrorists who either came here as "refugees" or were born here and radicalized by local influences or even trips abroad to terrorist nations, while our impotent security agencies watched and played pocket pool. The Middle Easy has never been more unstable or dangerous. Europe is on fire and shows no sign of being any safer anytime soon. Americans are certainly in more danger from a domestic terror attack than ever before. I place most of the blame on the Obama-Clinton foreign policy and willingness to accept the pitiful concept of "acceptable losses". If one of these domestic attacks killed the family of a lawmaker or other high ranked govt. official, I'm sure the response would be different. But they have 24/7 armed security and don't really care if any of us are in SF (Kate Steinle) or the Pulse night club in Orlando. The same applies to when Obama tries to ram tyrannical policies down our throats like holding decent communities hostage to having to accommodate low class rabble into their community in order to build a suburban development. I mean, OMG, where will all those newly rich jocks flee to?http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/05/09/one-obamas-last-acts-will-punish-suburbs-white-wealthy/
As always, this rabble will never get anywhere near the Obamas, Pelosis, Reids, Clintons, etc. only our communities that we worked and sacrificed to live in and enjoy a decent quality of life. Besides, if LBJ, all his successors and the Food Stamps Pres. have fixed all the social ills of our society's down trodden, why do they need to leave their communities and come mess up others? Could it be, dare I suggest that this is an admission of the sad reality that no amount of handouts or other social engineering can fix degraded humans and their contra survival choices? Remember, the black family somehow managed to survive slavery, the KKK and Jim Crow, only to be done in by "helpful" govt. programs. For any of you who might think my observation insensitive, let me tell you from whom I took that historical fact, Dr. Thomas Sowell, a black professor. See quote #4.

Let's end with dentistry. We have a great opportunity to take out one of dentistry's sworn enemies, Sen. Miguel Diaz de la Portilla, this Nov. His opponent, Jose Javier Rodriguez, has served 2 terms in the FL House and has been a steadfast friend of dentistry from the get go. JJ sponsored the bill to require foreign dental grads to complete 2 years in a U.S. general dental program before they can sit for the ADEX in FL. He also sponsored a bill for recognition of Periodontal Awareness Month. For those of you who may not be aware of the years long adversarial relationship with the DLP family, let me explain. Back in 2011, former (1-term) Rep. Renier DLP became (and still is) the lobbyist for 50+ Cuban dental grads who work under public health permit in CA. they decided to seek legislation to allow them to come here and sit for the ADEX without any US training. We beat that back like a drum and it was Miguel DLP who pushed the most for a Sen. committee hearing, in which we prevailed, thanks to the efforts of Cesar Sabates and Sen. Alan Hays. JJ defeated career politician, Alex DLP, who'd served in both House & Sen. but decided to recycle himself, anyway, hence my career politician label. Jose Javier's stellar record with dental issues is proof positive that when we go to Tallahassee, we're neither Democrats or Republicans. we're the Tooth Party-he's a Democrat but helped us blunt bad dental bills proposed by Republicans. JJR will be joining us tomorrow night at Happy Wines in the Grove for the first meeting of MDDS, come out and meet him!
One last dental item. We often hear that if we have issues affecting our practice, we should let our elected dental representatives know so they can help us. My friend and colleague, Dr. Richard Sherman did just that about 3 issues and has received no clear answer or solution to any of them, which he first brought up 3 years ago! The issues are: 1) Delta Dental unilaterally changing and ADA code to their benefit and to deny coverage for a procedure. 2) Refusing to pay for a tooth that was filled on the occlusal surface 3 years ago and later on the buccal surface, note the 2 different surfaces. This was followed up by prohibiting the doctor from charging the pt. for the work DD didn't cover! 3) Refusing to cover an indirect pulp cap with the excuse it was an "inappropriate" procedure. If our ADA & FDA leadership want us to contact them, then do nothing but lip service, "we're working on it" or "we'll look into it" is it any wonder we're losing members by the bunch?
