Sorry for the closeness to Christmas & Hanukkah, we just got back from vacation and too many things going on. Yes, my friends, The Hag losing and Fidel croaking- damn, that's great! November was a tough pill the left has yet to expel from their craw, LOL, and doesn't appear to be ready or willing to do so anytime soon. Much as I tried to encompass it all, my losers list from the last post was a bit incomplete. Let me add these entries to that list of woe.
1) Clinton Foundation & its donors- This is especially true for those foreign donors whose pay to play suddenly became pay to be left hanging. The fact is the Clintons have never really had any product in their professional lives, being career politicians and never holding a real job. Hilary's Rose Law Firm gig was purely Bubba nepotism. All those corrupt, anti-American entities who spent $gazillions for the only thing the Billary Machine had to sell, influence and access are SOL, boo hoo.
2) Pop culture- Have you ever seen more singers, actors, pro jocks, producers, etc. who've gone into mass hysteria mode via all forms of media? Whether it's TV, social media, or any other info outlet, they are going bonkers and showing their stupidity and intolerance like never before. I particularly love all the morons who said they'd leave the country or even the planet, if Trump won. As usual they're all talk and no action. I understand the limitations of intellect in artists, many of whom have little or no education beyond their so called "craft". But you'd think they'd at least hire agents who'd remind them those rants are gonna piss off 50% of their audience.
3) Teacher's unions- These folks are used to their monopoly and undying support from liberal politicians who just got booted. They consistently block vouchers, school choice or any other reforms that might actually bring about competition to challenge their mediocrity. Remember, we spend more $ per student than any other nation and get little in return.

Imagine if we tried to prohibit all dentists who were not US grads or ADA members from practicing?
It's clear the left will NEVER accept Trump. Never mind their calls for tolerance and giving Obama a fair chance to get things done when he was elected. Hypocrisy is the hallmark of liberalism and that's never gonna change. When Obama won in 2008, not only were we forbidden to criticize him, it was a fast track to being called a racist. I don't recall 1000s of GOP voters taking to the streets, shutting down universities to protest Obama. As I've often said, liberalism cannot be coddled or reasoned with, it must be exposed, confronted and defeated! Aside from all this caterwauling, the left is in full attack mode to delegitimize Trump and his cabinet, most of whose nominees scare the living crap outta them. An integral part of this plot is to rewrite history, so as to make people forget it was the Obama-Clinton failures and abuses of power that won the WH for Trump.
The worst of the sour grapes comes (to no surprise) from the person who should least do it, the outgoing Pres. Obama has just let loose a deluge of regulations to tie up business for possibly 2-3 years. His offshore drilling limitations will hurt the economy and cost us jobs. Let's not forget, this the same clown who took the stimulus $ meant for infrastructure as handouts to his fave donors for projects he knew (and didn't give a damn) would fail, like Solyndra. Obama later joked that "those shovel ready jobs weren't so shovel ready after all". Obama will also hold the record for the most pardons and sentence commutations of hardened drug & weapons felons. This is Barry giving the middle finger to the nation, especially those who voted out his party in record numbers. And please, don't anyone tell me these were important issues the president had to act upon. If they had been why the hell were they ignored until now?! If you doubt me, look at the box score, it's very telling and doesn't even include state legislatures, which the GOP owns. Now let's see what the GOP does with this mandate.
The First Lady's not far behind her bitter, vindictive husband in the sour grapes dept. She just couched her remarks in a more self serving arrogance, watch Judge Jeanine tear her a new one:
http://insider.foxnews.com/2016/12/18/judge-jeanine-opening-statement-michelle-obama-hope-change-donald-trump-jobs
Can any of you imagine if laura bush had gone on Oprah and siad those ridiculous things? The charges of racism would have been legion.
Yes, legacy repair or even total rewrite are now the thing for the talking heads and academic eggheads. These lying accomplices will mostly be unchallenged, except for Fox News and talk radio, the very duo Obama, Bubba & Hillary are blaming for their historic loss, LOL. It's hilarious that Obama, who owns a total lock on all media & pop culture, here and abroad, whines about the fact they couldn't win because of O'Reilly, Hannity and Rush. Even the normally intelligent Bubba has succumbed to this same stupidity, looking more like an open mouthed, doddering old fool by the day. If any of you think it's impossible to find a political commentator more obnoxious than me, check out this guy. He tells it with glee. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBDedvplyTQ
The rewrite fantasy & delusion are not limited to legacies or the real reasons for the butt whoopin' the left took. It's now metastasized to the Constitution. It seems most on the loony side can't accept the electoral college or why it was created by the Founding Fathers. I'll just cut to the chase, it exists so dysfunctional, corrupt, bankrupt states like CA & NY don't dictate their disastrous will on the rest of the nation who chooses to believe in America and live within our means. It's bad enough the same idiots who leave these states, after voting for polices they cannot afford to live under, go to red states and proceed to crap them up as well! There's only one group in America that displays this degree of irrational ignorance and pig headed insistence on recreating the very failure they fled. Can any of you guess who that group is? Here's a hint, they may be pig headed, but they don't eat pig.

Speaking of Islam, let's look at terrorism. This will be the Obama-Clinton legacy in the Middle East and its effect on Europe. The current carnage in Syria is unimaginable but sadly real. This collapse in Syria was fueled by Barry's famous red line, which was about as indelible as Burt the chimney sweep's (Mary Poppins) sidewalk chalk sketches. The millions of refugees have poured out into Europe and mixed among them are hard core terrorists. We just had the Berlin massacre with a truck and automatic weapons. It was done by a monster Germany & the USA were watching, but doing nothing to. Once again, these sub humans infest our nations, work our pathetic legal systems and commit atrocities. Boston, Ft. Hood, San Bernardino, Nice, Paris, Brussels, Berlin-the list is never ending. I don't see a solution for Europe, even if they close down their borders, the vermin is already entrenched and no Euro govt. has the 'nads to go house to house and root them all out. They only act after the fact, always on defense. It'll be interesting to see what, if anything Trump does here to deal with this scum. He'll get resistance from the bleeding hearts but 25 of them are up for Sen. elections in 2 years, 8 in red states Trump won big.
There's no question Trump will have to treat the left the same way he did his GOP rivals, the honeymoon was over in 1 week. Only time will tell if he succeeds. I'm encouraged by his cabinet, one of well known successful achievers who know how to get it done. Contrast that to Obama's cabinet that looked more like the South Side of Chicago and members were chosen as tokens of race, Marxist credentials or sexual orientation. I know it's almost Christmas & Hanukkah, but this is where we are right now, bitterly divided and with one side that refuses to accept their loss or responsibility for it. This nation is vulnerable and needs a leader who won't bend over to thugs and PC. Let's hope and pray for improvement. In closing, let me wish all of you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and great New Year, see you in 2017!

"Ding Dong, The Witch Is Gone, Witch Is Gone, Witch Is Gone!"
Okay, it was originally the witch is dead, as Dorothy and her 3 pals gleefully sang in Wizard of Oz, but no need to pile on. What we saw last night was no less than the biggest political upset and rejection of govt. arrogance and tyranny in our recent history. A nation of angry voters, fed up with having no voice, being fiscally abused and sending a so called opposition party to DC that did little or nothing, took its revenge last night and it was bloody! There were many more losers than just HRC, I'll list them in descending rank.
1) Obama, every time this despot's policies are on the ballot and he's not, he & they lose big. Obamacare now completed the hat trick I'd predicted it would since 2010. It cost Barry the House (2010), Senate (2014) and now the White House, woo hoo!! But it's also Obama's executive orders that will be burned like kindling in Pres. Trump's first 100 days. Ditto the pipe dream Obama had of open borders and swelling the voter rolls with millions of low skilled, uneducated, lifelong dependents who'd have no other party to vote for than the Dems. This egomaniac's legacy he's so obsessed with, will be torn to shreds.
2) Activist SCOTUS. The dear departed Scalia must be replaced by a true Constitutional conservative who respects the founders' purpose and that the role of the SC is NOT to legislate from the bench. Had HRC won, it would have been another uber lib like the 2 disgraces Obama put in there. The damage done by a bad justice is much longer than any Pres. and impossible to remove by vote.
3) PC & race industry extortion- Unlike past GOP presidents, Trump will confront and refute the grievance mongers and not allow them to dominate the dialogue, especially their Alinsky tactic of calling anyone who disagrees a racist, bigot, homophobe, etc.
4) The Billary Machine. Finally getting the Clintons out of our lives forever is indescribably delicious! This corrupt, dysfunctional duo has been getting away with theft, extortion, rape & murder for decades and never been taken to task for it. The media loves to talk about Bush fatigue, which did exist. But we dealt with that once and for all when low energy Jeb was dispatched this spring, while Bill & Hil' were the perpetual blockage that wouldn't flush. Well, last night angry voters took out their giant plunger and they pushed hard!
5) Media hubris. For too long the so called "mainstream" media enjoyed an info monopoly. Even though talk radio, the internet and FNC took a huge bite out of that, they still controlled the low info audience who only has "free" TV. Their ability to pick the GOP candidate, always sure losers like Dole, McCain and Romney, came to a crashing halt this election. They had no control over Trump and he trashed them with total impunity.Voters no longer trust or believe these frauds who parade as objective journalists but are really the propaganda arm of the DNC.
6) Militant immigration zealots. La Raza, Tacovision (what I call Univision) and the Latino pop culture elites have morphed into activists that use their ignorant, often anti assimilation audiences as a pressure group to intimidate Americans to embrace their open borders and amnesty agenda, or face retaliation. They march in our cities, often with their foreign flags and chant "si se puede" (yes we can) as if to tell us they will outbreed and outvote us, which they've already done in the doomed state of CA (aka Mexifornia). This has led not only the left, but also the spineless RINOs to lecture the GOP candidates to bend over on this issue or else. Well, Trump just demonstrated that the GOP does not have to succumb and can still win in spite of these invaders. Trump got more of the Latino vote than Spanish speaker Mitt did, BTW. This Cuban born American will tell you, we are NOT a bunch of dumb Julios who all think and vote in a block, no offense to anyone named Julio.
7) Perpetual handouts. Forget wars, entitlement spending is the biggest single drag on our economy. We cannot continue to have 95 million jobless Americans, 50 million on food stamps and 99-week unemployment , none of which have any work requirement tied in, thanks to King Barry's "generosity".
8) The New Normal. This piece of Orwellian new speak is the catch all used by Obama and the Dems to excuse the abject failure of their policies and mold the mindset of Americans that this is as good as it gets and don't you dare try to improve it. Voters told the Dems where they could stick the new normal last night!
9) Pollsters and media talking heads. Whether it was FNC, CNN or PMSNBC they were all proven wrong and will be eating crow for a long time. Anyone who heard them go on and on during election night had to LOL at their degree of denial, which was really deception up to the last second. The same goes for all these annoying polling outfits, most of whom got it totally wrong. News and polls are no longer meant to report news, they are designed to make news and control the behavior of the public. This applies to libs like Frank Luntz (who told us in the 2012 WLC that Hillary would win) or Red State's Eric Erickson. They've taken a big hit and need to zip it. We also need to ignore them in future elections, that's what voters did this election.
No matter what, Trump will have plenty of detractors and those who will work ceaselessly to stop him. I like how Obama, Hillary and Ryan have responded today, let's hope the honeymoon lasts. We already see organized, privately funded rioting in 4 major cities. The GOP is delusional if they believe the left will accept this ass whooping and go away quietly, they won't!They also need to realize that the only reason they still control the Senate is the Trump coat tails. It's no accident that the 3 GOP Sen. candidates who snubbed Trump lost. Any in the GOP who play political games with Trump's agenda may well find themselves in the same boat, come 2018. the same goes for Dems who do the same.
Marco Rubio solidly trounced challenger, Patrick Murphy. I'm glad he didn't quit after this past March, when he suffered a crushing defeat in the FL primaries.
As for FDA backed candidates, we did quite well. All our Miami guys & gals won, both in House & Senate. Check out this link for all the races:
http://www.local10.com/news/election-results/miami-dade-county-election-results-nov-8-2016
I will only mention 2 that are of particular interest to me, both are Dems. Newcomer Daisy Baez has extensive military and healthcare experience and impressed our GAO staff when interviewed. She won and should be quite an asset to FDA issues. I look forward to working with Daisy. The other legislator is Jose Javier Rodriguez, who won a Senate seat, defeating our arch enemy, Miguel Diaz de la Portilla. Sweet! As long as Miguelito chaired Sen. committees, he could block any of our bills, like he did the open carry & campus carry bills that he refused to allow to even be heard or voted on. JJR will be a welcome change. The DLP trio were a career politician family that hung around far too long, good riddance to them!
For Dade county mayor, Carlos Gimenez defeated the obnoxious, unqualified Raquel Regalado, who's sense of entitlement led her to believe she should be county mayor because of her daddy's last name. Hasta la vista, Raquelita! All that said, we have much to be thankful for in 2 weeks but must never get complacent or give back the win.

"What A Mess!"
Hello, my friends, it's been a turbulent few weeks. We got really lucky with Matthew here in Miami, I hope the rest of you fared okay and are recovering. Now, about that other storm. After his disastrous first debate, Trump looked like he was done, a scenario his spineless party jumped all over even faster than his "true" opposition. It's unbelievable how Trump has held up, when we consider who he's running against. Let's add them up: Hillary, the media, debate moderators, Hollywood & the GOP RINO Establishment. Even if we count the entities comprised of many as single units, that comes to 5 to 1, talk about David & Goliath! Of course, it doesn't help that Trump is to often his own worst enemy by his unforced errors, in the form of stupid remarks.
Then came debate #2 and Trump did what the entire GOP has never had the onions to do in 25 years. He exposed the massive hypocrisy and glass house weakness of the Billary Machine & their enablers on the subject of mistreating women. There's no excuse for the nasty remarks Trump made to that moron, Billy Bush, especially the stupidity of an experienced media person like Donald, forgetting he was already wired and without any way to know when the "record" button would be pushed. That said, it was crude, vulgar guy talk, nothing more. I hate to break it to my lady friends, relatives and colleagues, but boys will be boys. Most guys make such remarks when it's all guys. We can be real pigs and are often done in by the fairer sex. Attila the Hun was done in by a hot babe, not any opposing army. Helen of Troy's abduction caused the Trojan War. The Costa Concordia was sent sideways when the idiot captain got too close to the rocks, trying to impress some hoochie mama dancer. But for the Clintons and all their sycophant minions (including the frustrated loser RINOs whom he vanquished) to go after Trump for that, in light of Bubba's decades of sexual deviancy and outright assault, is laughable. What's most telling to me is that they did it, thought they could get away with it and nearly did. It tells me we've become a nation of stupid, selfish, distracted and disconnected sheeple.
Once the moderators and Hillary played the women card and Trump launched bomb after bomb, I knew he was in it to win it, whatever the final outcome. Hillary looked dazed and reeling, caught off guard that Trump was fighting back, such is her arrogance and delusion. Not once did the media show Bubba's face in all of that exchange, he must have been shocked and pissed off. I won't go into the long list of women Bill Clinton has either flashed, groped or raped. Here's a link, see for yourselves:
http://albertpeia.com/oxfordassault.htm
BTW, the shadow group, Anonymous, is purported to have a video that shows Bill Clinton raping a 13 year old either in Jeffrey Epstein's private jet, the Lolita Express, or on his private island, Lolita Island, where powerful men go to abuse minors with impunity. They say they plan to release it, which would likely knock Hillary out for good, but I'll believe that when I see it.
fhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEM7L42x2xcor
If the Clinton cabal goes for the women's issue in the final debate, Trump can also remind voters that she's taken $ millions from Islamic nations that do things to women that make Silence of the Lambs seem timid. What I crack up about is how the left tries to dodge this reality with the lame excuse that Bill's not the one on the ballot, she is. Yes, she's also the one who chose to ignore marital humiliation with Bill's mistresses, nothing Eleanor Roosevelt, Jackie Kennedy or Lady Bird Johnson didn't do. But Hillary did far worse, she attacked those women and the ones who were not willing and who were sexually assaulted, with fury and even had part of her staff form the Bimbo Eruptions Unit to discredit, intimidate, threaten and destroy any women who spoke out. This is the most cheated on woman in America, who has tolerated all of the above mentioned for one thing only-the lust for power. Let's not forget that these distractions also let the media ignore the one thing Hillary cannot run on, her disastrous record.
Of course, we can expect the Dems and their lapdogs to go after any GOP candidate, it's politics as usual. But to see the reprehensible, spineless GOP Establishment do it is disgusting and ample proof they are little or no different than the Dems and would rather see Hillary in the WH than see their gravy train derailed. Never forget that govt. grows and our freedoms diminish, no matter which party is in power. I've never seen this ugly truth succinctly expressed with more honesty than by the vile Senator (played by Ned Beatty) in the film "Shooter", an excellent movie that shows the truly evil side of our govt. Pay close attention to the part from :17 to :23 seconds. If you haven't seen this film, I highly recommend it!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZINu-IC7eVw
So, we have a full on war by the forces that oppose Trump, aided by his own pig headed obstinance and talent for misspeaking. This election could well be decided by women and those women need to decide what's worse, a guy who's said vulgar, sexist things most of their men have at one time or another, or a vindictive harpy who will unleash hell on most of our freedoms and collapse our economy worse than it already is? Let's not forget, this harpy was also willing to allow her spouse to repeatedly do to women what none of you ladies would ever permit your spouses to do and get away with. I've never seen our nation more divided or at worse risk.
Let's close with a dental issue. In one week, the ADA's HOD meets and we have a chance to make history by electing a Floridian to the ADA presidency. We've already gotten an ADA Vice President elected, which has happened before, but never has a Floridian won the big prize. That's due in great part to the resentment the ADA delegates across the nation have for FL and the fact we are an autonomous state they'd love to move to and practice in with little or no resistance, as if all states were created equally when it comes to dental desirability. It won't be easy, but I hope we pull off the hat trick.

"Bobble Head Candidates & Oppression"
Hello to all, it's been a while, I know. Let's start with the topic du jour, oppression. It seems that a few professional athletes have decided to suddenly notice how America oppresses blacks and people of color. Never mind the fact useful idiots like Colin Kaepernik played in the NFL for years and never had the presence of mind to notice this terrible abuse, let alone protest it. Never mind the fact we have a black POTUS and a cabinet to match. Never mind the fact the NFL & NBA are majority black athletes and blacks in this country succeed at rates unseen in any other nation. This is all about the NFL's gang, thug mentality and their increasing allegiance to BLM. Given the pathetic season opener our hapless Dolphins gave us yesterday, I think the NFL players might wanna concentrate less on protest and more on hanging onto the damn ball or scoring some points! It's ironic that useful idiot, Kenny Stills (WR), was one of the protesters and later dropped an easy TD pass laid perfectly in the right place by Miami's mediocre QB, who rarely displays the ability to throw a deep or touch pass with precision, LOL. Late in the game Stills was again open for what would have resulted in a game winning TD or FG, had he been tackled short of the goal line. But Tannehill, true to his usual form, over threw Still by 2 yards. These players are not P.R. experts, but they do hire smart, overpaid agents to be their mouth piece and brain. You'd think these agents might earn their pay and tell these morons the #1 rule of business, you don't poop where you eat.
Our 1st amendment does give these players the right to protest, it also gives us the right to respond. I, for one, have better things to do than watch a crappy team with zero sense of what really matters.
If they truly believe their people are oppressed, why aren't they in the black communities helping out? The first thing any professional athlete does upon signing their contract is to GTHO of the hood and no one blames them. So, please, spare us the pseudo indignation and social awareness. I wonder if these fools have any idea of what real oppression is? Do they know what goes on in places like N. Korea, the Middle East, Cuba, most of Africa? I doubt it. BTW, for any of you who know me and my deep involvement with politics, wonder if I practice what I preach, YES. There are no campaign signs, buttons or similar materials on my office, building or vehicle. I don't want to put off any pts. who may have different views. As for any bumper stickers, liberals don't respect freedom of speech and will vandalize cars with Trump, Rubio or any other Republican stickers.
Now let's look at bobble heads, that's what HRC looked like at a recent campaign stop. This looks to me like a Parkinson's episode, see for yourselves:
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=hillary+has+seizure+on+camera
What it reminds me off was when Michael J. Fox intentionally skipped his Parkinson meds when he testified before Congress, so they could see what it looked like unabated.

Some might say, okay, so Hillary has Parkinson's, so what? My reply would be to remind people of the major stink the Dems made about McCain and his illnesses in 2008. If it mattered then, it sure as hell matters now. HRC is already unfit to be POTUS for reasons like her abysmal record as Sec. of State, flagrant dishonesty and corrupt dealings through the Clinton Foundation, her instrument for selling influence and access to foreign nationals with anti-American interests and intentions. Her utter hypocrisy as a so called "feminist" is also disgusting, given the fact she's tolerated decades of marital humiliation, all for power, and has taken $ millions from nations that systematically subject women to violence, genital mutilation, "honor" killings, slavery, denial of basic rights like studying, driving a vehicle or having their own bank account, and even death by stoning for such heinous crimes as being raped but not having 4 male witnesses to corroborate it. Let's face it, if her last name weren't Clinton, HRC would be a relatively unknown, mediocre lawyer, who was booted from the Watergate attack team for blatant dishonesty.

Yesterday was the 15th anniversary of 9-11 and things are no better now than then. Domestically, we've had numerous attacks, some that failed while others did not, by Islamic terrorists who either came here as "refugees" or were born here and radicalized by local influences or even trips abroad to terrorist nations, while our impotent security agencies watched and played pocket pool. The Middle Easy has never been more unstable or dangerous. Europe is on fire and shows no sign of being any safer anytime soon. Americans are certainly in more danger from a domestic terror attack than ever before. I place most of the blame on the Obama-Clinton foreign policy and willingness to accept the pitiful concept of "acceptable losses". If one of these domestic attacks killed the family of a lawmaker or other high ranking govt. official, I'm sure the response would be different. But they have 24/7 armed security and don't really care if any of us are in SF (Kate Steinle) or the Pulse night club in Orlando. The same applies to when Obama tries to ram tyrannical policies down our throats like holding decent communities hostage to having to accommodate low class rabble into their community in order to build a suburban development. I mean, OMG, where will all those newly rich jocks flee to?http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/05/09/one-obamas-last-acts-will-punish-suburbs-white-wealthy/
As always, this rabble will never get anywhere near the Obamas, Pelosis, Reids, Clintons, etc. only our communities that we worked and sacrificed to live in and enjoy a decent quality of life. Besides, if LBJ, all his successors and the Food Stamps Pres. have fixed all the social ills of our society's down trodden, why do they need to leave their communities? Could it be, dare I suggest that this is an admission of the sad reality that no amount of handouts or other social engineering can fix degraded humans and their contra survival choices? Remember, the black family somehow managed to survive slavery, the KKK and Jim Crow, only to be done in by "helpful" govt. programs. For any of you who might think my observation racially insensitive, let me tell you from whom I took that historical fact, Dr. Thomas Sowell, a black professor. See quote #4.

Let's end with dentistry. We have a great opportunity to take out one of dentistry's sworn enemies, Sen. Miguel Diaz de la Portilla, this Nov. His opponent, Jose Javier Rodriguez, has served 2 terms in the FL House and has been a steadfast friend of dentistry from the get go. JJ sponsored the bill to require foreign dental grads to complete 2 years in a U.S. general dental program before they can sit for the ADEX in FL. He also sponsored a bill for recognition of Periodontal Awareness Month. For those of you who may not be aware of the years long adversarial relationship with the DLP family, let me explain. Back in 2011, former (1-term) Rep. Renier DLP became (and still is) the lobbyist for 50+ Cuban dental grads who work under public health permit in CA. they decided to seek legislation to allow them to come to FL and sit for the ADEX without any US training. We beat that back like a drum and it was Renier's brother, Miguel DLP who pushed the most for a Sen. committee hearing, in which we prevailed, thanks to the efforts of Cesar Sabates and Sen. Alan Hays. JJ defeated career politician, Alex DLP, who'd served in both House & Sen. but decided to recycle himself, anyway, hence my career politician label. Jose Javier's stellar record with dental issues is proof positive that when we go to Tallahassee, we're neither Democrats or Republicans. we're the Tooth Party-he's a Democrat but helped us blunt bad dental bills proposed by Republicans. JJR will be joining us tomorrow night at Happy Wines in the Grove for the first meeting of MDDS, come out and meet him!
One last dental item. We often hear that if we have issues affecting our practice, we should let our elected dental representatives know so they can help us. My friend and colleague, Dr. Richard Sherman did just that about 3 issues and has received no clear answer or solution to any of them, which he first brought up 3 years ago! The issues are: 1) Delta Dental unilaterally changing and ADA code to their benefit and to deny coverage for a procedure. 2) Refusing to pay for a tooth that was filled on the occlusal surface 3 years ago and later on the buccal surface, note the 2 different surfaces. This was followed up by prohibiting the doctor from charging the pt. for the work DD didn't cover! 3) Refusing to cover an indirect pulp cap with the excuse that it was an "inappropriate" procedure. If our ADA & FDA leadership want us to contact them, then do nothing but lip service, "we're working on it" or "we'll look into it" is it any wonder we're losing members by the bunch?

This was followed up by prohibiting the doctor from charging the pt. for the work DD didn't cover! 3) Refusing to cover an indirect pulp cap with the excuse it was an "inappropriate" procedure. If our ADA & FDA leadership want us to contact them, then do nothing but lip service, "we're working on it" or "we'll look into it" is it any wonder we're losing members by the bunch?
"Oppression & Bobble Head Candidates"
Hello to all, it's been a while, I know. Let's start with the topic du jour, oppression. It seems that a few professional athletes have decided to suddenly notice how America oppresses blacks and people of color. Never mind the fact useful idiots like Colin Kaepernik played in the NFL for years and never had the presence of mind to notice this terrible abuse, let alone protest it. Never mind the fact we have a (half) black POTUS and a cabinet to match. True to Dolphin ineptitude, near the end of the game Stills was again open for what would have resulted in a game winning TD or FG, had he been tackled short of the goal line. But Tannehill, true to his usual form, over threw Still by 2 yards. These players are not too bright, for the most part, but they do hire smart, overpaid agents to be their mouth piece and brain. You'd think these agents might earn their pay and tell these morons the #1 rule of business, you don't poop where you eat.
Our 1st amendment does give these players the right to protest, it also gives us the right to respond. I, for one, have better things to do than watch a crappy team with zero sense of what really matters.
If they truly believe their people are oppressed, why aren't they in da hood helping out? The first thing any professional athlete does upon signing their contract is to GTHO of the ghetto, I don't blame them.

Her utter hypocrisy as a so called "feminist" is also disgusting, given the fact she's taken $ millions from nations that systematically subject women to violence, genital mutilation, "honor" killings, slavery, denial of basic rights like studying, driving a vehicle or having their own bank account, and even death by stoning for such heinous crimes as being raped but not having 4 male witnesses to corroborate it. Let's face it, if her last name weren't Clinnton, HRC would be a relatively unknown, mediocre lawyer, who was booted from the Watergate attack team for blatant dishonesty.

If one of these domestic attacks killed the family of a lawmaker or other high ranked govt. official, I'm sure the response would be different.
Besides, if LBJ, all his successors and the Food Stamps Pres. have fixed all the social ills of our society's down trodden, why do they need to leave their communities and come mess up others? Could it be, dare I suggest that this is an admission of the sad reality that no amount of handouts or other social engineering can fix degraded humans and their contra survival choices? Remember, the black family somehow managed to survive slavery, the KKK and Jim Crow, only to be done in by "helpful" govt. programs. For any of you who might think my observation insensitive, let me tell you from whom I took that historical fact, Dr.

Renier DLP became (and still is) the lobbyist for 50+ Cuban dental grads who work under public health permit in CA. they decided to seek legislation to allow them to come here and sit for the ADEX without any US training. We beat that back like a drum and it was Miguel DLP who pushed the most for a Sen. committee hearing, in which we prevailed, thanks to the efforts of Cesar Sabates and Sen.

"Spasiba, Vladimir! & As Europe Burns"
Hello to all, what a turbulent few weeks! Yes, indeed, thank you, Vlad, for exposing The Hag (aka Hillary) and her party's unholy, corrupt umbilical to the so called "mainstream media". When Ed Snowden fled to Europe and was coddled by Putin, the left went bonkers at how this whistle blower and American hero had to flee to avoid reprisals and how Vlad had given the USA the middle finger. But now that they, themselves, are victims of Wikileaks, it's all very different isn't it? I've always known the fix was in and the media has never covered the Dems like they do the GOP. Can any of you imagine Trump, Ted Cruz or Rubio calling up ABC or PMSNBC and telling them they'd sent a list of questions to be asked for tonight's interview? Even SNL did a skit a few years back about how in the tank their network (NBC) was for the Dems. Yes, any GOP candidate will run against their opponent AND the state run media, it's no surprise. The worst thing about this hack is that it proves any emails HRC (I won't keep calling her The Hag, to avoid offending my more sensitive readers) was bungling on her servers were fair game and easily accessible to our enemies, yet another reason she's unfit to serve. Even funnier is the wagon circling spin that is so desperate as to even suggest Trump has the ear of Putin and Poot's helping him. Were the libs so concerned when Barry promised Vlad (via sock puppet /president Dimitri) "more flexibility"? I swear, if Barry was white he'd have been impeached for the treasonous SOB he is, assuming the GOP had a pair.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsFR8DbSRQE
Ditto the famous joke of a reset button, given by HRC to the Russkies, which is obviously not working for the Dems. It's telling that we need foreign media like the UK Guardian to report the things our own lapdog media ignores. We also need foreign hackers to find HRC's "lost" emails.
Last week the GOP had their circus and it was pretty civil. Ted Cruz did make a fool of himself and reminded us all why he's loathed on both sides of the aisle. I think his political future has a guarded prognosis. The Dems seized on Teddy's chicanery and spun it as a deeply divided GOP, then came the last few days, LOL. The Bernie drones will not sit down & shut up, they've even booed him! Sanders spent months whipping them up into an OWS frenzy and now he thinks he can simply blow some sort of political Pavlov whistle and they'll stand down? Bernie's forced, awkward endorsement of HRC is even worse than Cruz's passive aggressive bait & switch. But make no mistake about him exacting some major concessions for this sham, Shylock will demand his pound of flesh and the cowardly donkeys will bend over to accommodate him, fearing the wrath of his rabble. Is there anything more hilarious than the blatant hypocrisy of Fakeahontas, attacking Trump for abusing the little guy? Liz may not possess honest injun genes, but she make 'um heap big wampum fleecing little old ladies for grossly under priced homes, homes she quickly flipped for huge profits.

But my favorite Dem to be snared in this KGB net of exposure is none other than our own DWS, aka Hillary's pet gerbil. I recall a time when Deb was a FL Rep., then Sen., and a nice person to work with on dental issues. Then she went to DC and morphed into this bitter, nasty harpy, one which Obama sorely regretted giving so much power. Of course he hadn't yet removed her because to admit such an error is far more humility than a sociopath like Barry could ever muster. I said this before, let DWS be the face of the Dem party, she's the gift that keeps on giving. That said, it would be great to see her get booted in her district election. Her only hope then would be if HRC won the WH, guaranteeing a cushy cabinet position from the party that rewards corruption and ineptitude.
Meanwhile, I've lost count of the Islamic terror attacks in Turkey, France, Germany, etc. We are at war with Islam and Europe continues to reap what it sows. It's mind boggling that the German people could be so stupid and self loathing as to have elected Merkel to a 3rd term, let alone a possible 4th. Never underestimate the guilt of the Holocaust and its lasting hold on the German psyche, pathetic! If this article bears any truth, she may save them from their spineless selves.

Let's end with dentistry. Last month (during the FDC) I was contacted by a LECOM dental faculty member, under agreed upon confidentiality, who shared the following info I will share with you. Please keep in mind, I did not seek this communication, I was contacted by the faculty member of their own volition. Many of you may remember I commented on the many problems in LECOM, both in this blog and TFDA, which brought sharp criticism of me by some students and colleagues who are LECOM insiders and felt I was goring their sacred cow. The faculty member wanted me to report this to the entire HOD attendees but I was asked not to do that. I did report it to CDEL, let's see what, if anything, they can do with this issue. I've copied the bullet points below, all I can say is see for yourselves and form your own conclusions.

1-The current interim dean is not a dentist, the person he
sent to address the HOD is an attorney and not even an assistant dean.
2-All decisions re: faculty, curriculum, critical equipment,
& supplies are made by non-dentists. The dental faculty have no say.
3- There exists a serious faculty shortage, with only 6
full-time preceptors and a student to faculty ratio of greater than 10 to 1.
4-There are only 4 pre-clinical faculty in the simulation
labs and they're responsible for all the lectures.
5- All hiring is done by the LECOM provost, the faculty are
not vetted and have no dental experience.
6- Any financial shortfalls offered as excuses for these
problems are negated by the fact LECOM dental school made $5 million last year.
7- The dental program is operated more like a trade school
than a healthcare institution. Clinics are called "training centers".
8- To date, LECOM is
only partially accredited and CODA has given them 1 year to obtain 10-11
benchmarks that they are highly unlikely to be able to accomplish in that time
period.Tuesday, June 14, 2016
"We Are At War!"
Yes, Islam has openly and flagrantly declared war on America! It's even been as obvious as Iran's "president" chanting "death to America!" to a stadium full of moronic zealots. In his usual anti-American mode, Obama richly rewarded Iran with over $100 billion and the ability to pursue nukes in a site they know will be off limits to prying infidel inspectors. This weekend was the worst mass shooting in US history, carried out by an Islamic terrorist. Everyone says Trump is nuts to suggest such a ham handed approach to dealing with Muslims, then we get San Bernardino and now Orlando. In an even more pathetic display of spinelessness, Obama blames guns and tells us we need to question our values and what kind of nation we wanna be. It's clear what kind of cowering, dysfunctional, bankrupt nation Obama would like us to be and has worked tirelessly to achieve. All I can tell you with certainty is that the list of Islamic terrorist attacks on US soil under Obama is around 15 and there's no end in sight. It's also clear most Americans don't possess the kind of self loathing that the disgrace in the WH does, thank God. Let's talk more about self loathing.
The POS (I refuse to name the monster) who massacred 49 innocent Americans was not some recent arrival from a Middle East toilet who lived in a dirt shack and crapped into a hole in the ground. He was born in the greatest nation on earth from parents who fled such a toilet. We wonder how this POS could so hate himself and others to do such a thing? Maybe the fact his father has lived here for decades but still hates America enough to support ISIS & the Taliban might be a factor. Forgive me if I don't abide by the sins of this demented father for a son who was 29! It turns out the POS had been in Pulse nightclub at least 12 times, even being escorted out drunk on occasion.
http://americanactionnews.com/articles/breaking-orlando-shooter-s-shocking-secret
So, look at the blatant contradictions and hypocrisy. This loser hated gays, but had gay apps on his phone and frequented a well known gay bar. He loathed the drinking of alcohol, as per his Islamic "faith" yet had no problems getting drunk enough to need escorting out. Lastly, his father claims the attack was set off when his son recently saw 2 men kissing, but all the other times he'd seen that in Pulse or elsewhere had no such effect? This is the self loathing that is Islam, which means submission or surrender in Arabic. Let's not forget that Muslims don't only hate non-Muslims, they also hate other Muslim sects. If we played back a typical news report about sectarian violence in the M.E. but substituted the religions & places named, it would sound like this: "Continued sectarian violence plagues Indiana as Methodist fighters from Evansville overran and seized South Bend, a well known Catholic stronghold. This level of escalation and bloodshed was almost as bad as last fall, when 7th Day Adventist militia from Terre Haute stormed a Baptist youth fair in Gary and killed 100s. Yes, I know it's ridiculous and would never happen here or among those faiths, but that medieval absurdity is explained away and excused by the left as something we just don't understand and must learn to accept from the great religion of peace. It is also repugnant in its degree of hypocrisy. People like this scumbag's parents leave the very hell holes where they cannot live as decent human beings, then export that very hatred and backwardness they fled to the new nation whose only sin was welcoming them. So, how is it they live here and go undeterred?
The FBI and other alphabet agencies are neutered by a disgraceful Cmdr.-in-Chief who blames America for the atrocities of Islamic terrorism. Until we treat Muslims differently, they will continue to be inspired by ISIS and carry out their carnage. I don't give a damn who that offends, especially the "peaceful" Muslims who cry foul but never seem to march, demonstrate, inform on or even just speak out against their murderous brethren. I'm 100% positive that the families of those who were slaughtered are far more offended and will never get over it. Of course, all we need is more gun control, right?
How did this guy legally buy 2 firearms if he had a history of domestic violence? I ask that because the anemic excuse of FBI Dir. Comey was that he'd done nothing wrong up to this weekend, so there were no red flags in the background check. What's clear is we need to pass laws that anyone, of any ethnicity or faith, who logs onto terrorist sites is subject to arrest. The only exception would be a journalist doing research and having prior clearance. Sounds draconian? The US has such a hair trigger and zero tolerance for child porn, why not terrorism? We also need to pass legislation that any American or foreign national living here who travels to a nation that's a state sponsor of terror loses their citizenship and is forever barred from entering the USA or its territories. Right now, Obama is spewing his BS about how solving this more aggressively would have us eroding the very values that make us great. The Constitution was never meant to be a suicide pact! If the Obama IRS can target Tea Party members, we can target Islamic terrorists!
There has also been scant coverage of the fact this club had 2 doors in the back that were padlocked shut. This made it very easy for the terrorist to come in, block the only entrance and shoot fish in a barrel. The off-duty cop was rendered useless in short order and I've heard no mention of any bouncers present to stop this act of carnage. Aside from the obvious fire code violations, the club owner should be arrested for reckless endangerment and/or negligent homicide. This incident makes that RI nightclub fire, where doors were blocked and many died, pale in comparison.
Now let's cover dentistry. Most of you already know there was a tragic death of a 17 year old during oral surgery under sedation in Orlando. I hope all of you saw the news report the FDA emailed to all members. It's obvious the news media and politicians were quick to jump on the incident and do what they do best. In the case of the media, that was finger pointing. For the pols it was "we gotta examine this and revisit our laws". It turns out this dentist, whose office sign reads "Oral Surgery" is not an oral surgeon and practices gypsy dentistry, which is called itinerant in PC lingo. Before any of you millennials have a fit over my terminology, I fully understand many of you are recent grads and cannot open your own practice, often having to work in more than 1 place to make a living and pay your staggering loan debt. But if you're a specialist, consider that you may be opening yourselves to practice settings where you won't have full autonomy and decision making authority. No G.P. will refer you their pts. if they're gonna be seen in some other G.P.'s office. So, you may find yourself having to practice this way for a long time, if not forever. Those are the decisions today's young dentists have to grapple with. I've seen the collateral damage to our affiliates when young members who serve on the executive councils have to leave for reasons of relocation.
It also appears this Orlando dentist did not follow proper guidelines and might be subject to BOD sanctions, made all the worse in a wrongful death case. But if this is the issue, let the proper bodies deal with this. The legislature doesn't need to open up the Dental Practice Act and pass a bunch of new laws. If existing laws, of which FL has some of the toughest in the nation, were broken, let that be adjudicated. Last but not least, the nurse anesthetist lobby was also quick to pounce, as their representative was seen addressing proper procedures for sedation in the news report. I'm sure they'd love nothing more than to have a law passed that would force us to hire them in our offices. In the past, we had a legislator whose mom had a tough time getting affordable dentures (makes me wonder why didn't the representative pay for her mom's work?) so she teamed up with the denturist lobby and we had to fight the issue. There was also the time Rep. Stan Jordan decided to throw a sop to some dental lab constituent and sponsored a bill to require a CDT in every lab. It never occurred to him that all our vocational programs combined don't produce enough CDTs for the 1,100-1,200 (licensed) labs in FL.Let's face it, not even FDR put a chicken in every pot! I don't believe the interest by legislators in this case is self serving or misguided as the 2 examples from the past I mentioned. I think they want to protect the public but need to not fix what ain't broke and tweak what needs tweaking.
"The Lady Was Right!"
Hello, everybody, hope all you moms had a nice Mother's Day. I'm actually gonna start with dental topics, don't be shocked. For those who don't know, our illustrious governor, Lex Luthor, threw a kryptonite veto at both of our bills we've worked so hard to finally pass and get funded! The donated services bill was vetoed first, I commented on that one last post. The dental access bill was also vetoed on the last day possible, with the following excuses: 1) Some greedy dentists might set up in a less than limited access area and make big bucks on all those rich Floridians we all have way too many of, LOL. 2) The state's wonderful govt. programs and facilities already take care of those poor people's tooth problems. We who deal with pts. know these excuses are a crock. I believe what this really was, was payback from Scott for the FDA telling him to buzz off a few years ago, when he demanded we give $50,00 to the RPOF. So, who's the lady in my title? Well, rather than repeat what I said about Lex last post, I'll let her give her opinion, which I think was correct on most counts, no matter how reprehensible the person who said it.

It used to the legislature's infighting was our biggest obstacle to getting our bills through. Now that they did get through, funding and all, it's the useless governor who's the problem. No matter what we do, he can simply veto our bills and let's not kid ourselves that both House & Senate are gonna call for a special session and override him. Unless we can craft some tighter, more specific language that will deprive Lex Luthor of his justifications to veto, we're dead in the water. Even with some tweaks to the bills, he can still be a problem for us. I, for one, will be happy to see Scott out of the political landscape for good. It's sickening to see how OH passed this bill 18 months ago and Kasich signed it without any hesitation. Granted, there are differences in their bill to ours, including how it's funded. Nevertheless, they found a way to get it done while our joke of a governor found a way to do kill it. Scott was a hold your nose vote to keep Reptile Charlie out, but I wonder if Nan Rich wouldn't have been a better choice? I may disagree with her on some issues but I think she certainly would have signed these two bills.

I haven't heard from any who attended the DC conference, I hope they got somewhere on McCarran-Ferguson. For those of you unfamiliar with it, McCarran-Ferguson is a law which basically says, "you doctors can't price fix or collude, coz it's anti-trust and we'll throw your butts in jail, but Big Insurance pays us off very handsomely, so they can do it". As I see it, this issue seems to be a combination of the ADA's Charlie Brown football & the GOP telling us they needed the House, getting the House but giving Obama everything he wants, using the fact they didn't have the Senate as a new excuse, then still doing nothing once we gave them the Senate. Every year we hear how we're making progress and McCarran-Ferguson and I'm tired of hearing the same old same old. Where are all the dentists and physicians we've given big $ to and put in Congress on this issue?
As for the upcoming elections, Trump's got the GOP side. Now the RINOs, consultant idiots who've made $ millions losing 2 elections and other GOP clique members need to get over it, remove their heads from you know where, and back the candidate! After all, isn't that what they always told conservative voters to do when they ran walking dead like Dull & McLame, as well as Unfit Mitt, who lacked the 'nads to take the fight to Obama? As much as they rip Trump (not my 1st choice but I'll support him 100%) for causing his own party's division, look at Hillary. She still can get rid of Comrade Sanders and his persistence is becoming a bigger problem for her. Why? Because the longer this Marxist hangs around, the more infuriated his clueless but fanatical followers will be when their messiah gets the inevitable shaft. Between super delegates and other DNC chicanery used to deny him, they're not gonna go for the person who orchestrated it.
Obama continues to give the middle finger to America, especially the WWII greatest generation. He's traveling to Hiroshima (why is it nobody ever visits Nagasaki?) to probably apologize for our barbarism and audacity to actually win a war. Why the hell else would he go? Barry wants the world to know he hates nukes, unless it's for his Iranian brethren. I'll gladly apologize for Little Boy & Fat Man as soon as Japan apologizes for Pearl Harbor & the Bataan Death March. What Obama can't (or won't) admit is we were attacked first and those nukes ended the war much sooner than a protracted invasion of the Japanese mainland would have, never mind the much higher death toll it would have meant on both sides. In WWII, we wiped out cities in Germany & Japan, no civilian casualty precautions were taken. That means we punished & demoralized those populations for supporting despotic mad men, to the point they gave up and surrendered unconditionally. Look at Germany & Japan today, they are both industrial & technical powerhouses who produce many great products and innovations. Never mind cars, I challenge one of you, my colleagues, to tell me your office doesn't use at least one product from either nation.
Now let's look at nations we went to war with and didn't complete the job. N. Korea is a 4th world hell hole and Viet Nam is a glorified sweat shop, better but not a free nation in any way. JFK pulled the plug (air support) on the Bay of Pigs invasion and Cuba continues to be a festering, crumbling whore house. Worse than that, it has served as the nidus for the spread of communism throughout Latin America, though more and more of these nations appear to finally be waking up. I hope that continues and these beleaguered nations realize communists don't believe in elections or going away quietly. This is why we fight wars these days for decades and accomplish nothing. The Middle East is ample proof of that. Bottom line, no lasting peace or stability is ever achieved in a military conflict without the total defeat and unconditional surrender of one side by the other.

"Et Tu, Marco? & Europe's PC Suicide Pact Marches On"
Hello, my friends, so much to report, as usual! For those of you who read Julius Caesar, you'll recognize the dying emperor's remark as he fell to the long knife of his erstwhile friend, Brutus. I used the quote coz Marco stabbed himself (politically speaking) on none other than the Ides of March, last week. Most of you know I've worked with him since 2002 and was his LCD, which soon morphed into Least Common Denominator, once he reached DC. Rubio's first sin was to deny the Tea Party, whose support was the main reason he won, more times than Judas did Jesus. That sin could have probably been forgiven, had he not really stepped in it with Gang of 8 in 2013. I told Marco, back then, he'd just killed any future political ambitions, especially if they involved the WH. More recently, I also told Marco if his campaign failed, it would go down as arguably one the worst collapses in US history of a very promising career. Rubio was the GOP's darling and heir apparent after Romney's pathetic 2012 fiasco. The guy who catapulted from FL's SoH to U.S. Sen. in a landslide, lost his way in 6 short years when he sold out to Big Biz and their lust for "cheap" labor, which we all pay for in social service costs and prison population, of which illegals comprise 30%. What a shame!
I'm only gonna spend one paragraph on the current election mess we're in. And the nominees are: this nation has to choose from the 2 who emerge from a field that consists of a combed over, loud mouth carnival huckster, a decent, pious hardliner conservative who sounds like prosecutor and looks like Dracula, a Howdy Doody looking fraud who is loved by the DC Beltway insiders for a reason, the most cheated on woman (who'd be unknown if not for her last name and belongs in a Federal pen) in US history who thinks tolerating marital humiliation for 40 years entitles her to the WH, and a Marxist whose first wife left him coz they lived in a dirt floor maple shack and has never earned a paycheck (until age 40) in his entire life from anything but politics (since 1981) yet claims to be a outsider. Did I miss anything? It's mind boggling that election after election, we continue to get such a crappy menu to dine from. As the remaining primaries wrap up, I'll get into more detail of the candidates. BTW, notice how much Trump's comb over looks like Pepe Le Pew's?

Now to Europe. Once again, we see Paris repeated in the very city whose Muslim ghetto spawned the Paris massacres. The cultures and attitudes of Europeans, who elect the PC wimps laying their societies open to carnage, are astounding! A German pt. of mine told me they can't keep pepper spray on the shelves in Cologne, LOL. Where are those proud Aryans who are supposed to defend their women and the Fatherland? They're still sucking their thumbs with the guilt of the Holocaust and impotent to act. It's no surprise Belgium would be attacked, it took long enough. I believe it's the same cell and they moved up the attacks to make a statement of reprisal for the recent arrests of the Paris planner, along with 3 who hid him in the Molenbeek ghetto. I use the term suicide pact because a nation (and entire EU) with wide open borders and laws like Belgium's that prohibit arresting a terror suspect after office hours, are truly aiding and abetting those who wish to slaughter their citizens. Think I'm exaggerating? See below.
http://www.foxnews.com/world/2015/12/17/belgium-missed-chance-to-nab-terror-suspect-due-to-law-limiting-raids-official.html
This is madness and a direct product of 2 big factors: 1) White populations who've pilled and aborted themselves out of existence and thought importing vermin would fill the gap. 2) Liberal indoctrination that seeks to blame the victims and excuse the atrocities of barbarians who claim to follow a "faith" (unreformed since the 7th century) that relies on butchery, subjugation and vicious misogyny to control its people. Our own Pres. still cannot bring himself to say "radical Islam" or "Islamic terrorism", see for yourselves.

If we think this is only a European problem, we're more delusional than the Left. Never mind the 4-5 attacks we've had since 2009, there are over 400 ISIS scumbags in the US and they're plotting as we speak. As long as we have a milquetoast, pretzel wrist "leader" who goes to Cuba to French kiss the communist thugs and spent all of 84 seconds to comment on the Brussels atrocities, ISIS will rightfully feel emboldened and not fear reprisals from the West. The myth of a Sunni coalition is as big a joke as the notion that NATO will fight these monsters. NATO troops can't even keep the unarmed refugee hordes out of their own nations, let alone fight vicious armed insurgents who worship death. I doubt Americans will want to commit troops to Europe when the likelihood of any real commitment from our Euro pals is highly doubtful. Until the people begin to vote out PC idiots like Merkel, Hollande and Michel, nothing will change. The Belgian PM has already told the 2 biggest culprits in their nation's abysmal security failure they can't resign! http://www.sify.com/news/belgian-pm-rejects-resignation-by-two-key-ministers-news-others-qdyvEkcghbhbi.html
In Germany, there's a right wing party that was once tiny, growing in popularity and size, maybe the Germans will be the first European nationals to wake up.
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/10/world/europe/germanys-embrace-of-migrants-spawns-rise-of-far-right-leader.html?_r=0
The very design of the EU is an open invitation to terrorism or at least ease of movement by any criminals who wish to remain on the lam. It's far too late to simply seal their borders, assuming the Euros even do that. The cockroaches are already in the house.
On the dental front we got our 2 biggest bills passed, loan assistance to new dentists in exchange for working in underserved areas and funding for 2 DDS (Donated Dental Services) coordinators. This was a pitiful $170,000 per year for 2 salaried positions to help us give away $ millions in free care, which Rick Scott vetoed, what a gutless t**d he is! We still need him to sign the other bill, I'm not holding my breath.

"And Then There Were Fewer"
Hi everyone, it's been 2 months! Between the holidays, a nasty cold and letting IA/NH conclude, I waited. I'm glad we got both of those fried butter & chowder states out of the way. They've rarely ever predicted the eventual GOP nominee and are a distraction. The idea that someone who's unwilling to kiss the butts of corn farmers can be taken out by a state with minimal electoral votes is asinine. That's probably why I did love the fact IA voters told their meddling career Gov. to "eff" off after he told them not to support Cruz.
http://www.bleedingheartland.com/2016/02/02/iowa-gop-caucus-goers-deliver-big-hit-to-terry-branstads-clout/
NH is a fraud RINO haven, pretending to embrace their "live free or die" motto. Meanwhile, they reelected liberal old biddy Jean Shaheen in 2014. Remember, this was a time when several young, energetic conservatives won big in NE, IA and CO. Maybe if the NH GOP had run someone better than MA carpetbagging Ken Doll, Scott Brown, they could have dispatched the old bag. These 2 primaries are little different than Groundhog Day, though the fat & furry little guy is cute!

By now, the so called mainstream establishments of both parties are full panic mode. The naysayers who had Trump out ages ago are beginning to admit he's been far more resilient than they ever dreamed. Such is the anger of the base and the disconnect of the cowards who've run the GOP into a neutered milquetoast and still thought they could impose another RINO on us. We just got rid of Crisco, whose attack on Marco (more on that later) turned out to be kamikaze. Trump, Cruz & Rubio need to get rid of Kasich and Bush, they are both annoying, would lose huge in the general election and need to go away. I suspect Kasich will abandon his "I'm the only nice guy, adult in the room" routine and hold OH support as hostage when he steps down. In other words, be nice to me or I'll make sure you lose OH, without which no Republican can win the WH. Carson will soon fold and would make a terrific HHS secretary.
Rubio had a really bad brain freeze this Sat. when attacked by Crisco as inexperienced. First, he did counter with the fact NJ saw 9 credit rating downgrades under Crisco's watch. When Crisco saw he'd been challenged, he replied with his usual rant about governors and Washington, etc. Rubio panicked and blurted out the exact same line he'd used a moment before about Obama knowing exactly what he was doing, totally non sequitur. It made him look like a robot that suddenly malfunctioned, totally not his usual self. I told Marco all he needed to throw in Crisco's face is the fact FL is full of NJ refugees, any questions? I guess we'll see in SC if he bounces back or not. He's already hitting Trump with the fact that a hotel deal abroad is not foreign policy.
On the other side we have a communist who says he's an outsider but has been in politics for over 30 years. Yes, I know the media is going all out to call him a lovable, socialist who only wants us to be more Swedish, but don't be fooled. This guy's a dogmatic Marxist down to the bone! See for yourselves.

He can only appeal to the young & stupid, who think he'll tax us at 90% to keep them comfy at home in mom & dad's with their iPhone and Pop Tarts. I have to LOL at the claims that Bernie's a tough dude and can't be intimidated. Really?

Ah, yes, progressive Seattle, the home of Starbucks, anarchists trashing downtown and minimum wage hikes resulting in firings & replacing employees with kiosk machines! Sanders just soiled himself yesterday by meeting with the scumbag race hustler, Al Sharpton, only to be snubbed by the Congressional Black Caucus for Hillary. Maybe Comrade Bernie needs to work on a convincing fake black accent to get more hood cred? Fast fwd. to 35 seconds if you're impatient.

While I'm glad Sanders is exposing Hillary as the weak, disconnected buffoon she truly is, his dog & pony (or is it hammer & sickle?) show will soon be over. What does worry me is the left in the nation has been brainwashing our kids for 50 years, unchecked, into believing redistribution is good and their only hope for success. For any who feel tempted to buy that farce, see Greece, Portugal & Spain. When you see the incredible ignorance and refusal to budge from their dogmatic ignorance by kids on our college campuses, it's downright scary. When their utopia fizzles, they will seek to blame someone else for their failures. It will be up the the next GOP nominee to confront and defeat this head on, but won't be easy. When any on the right try to refute the message of Marxism and envy, they are either not allowed on the university campus, shouted down, or attacked. I hope none of you ever have a child tell you that you only succeeded due to white privilege, I'd wanna slap their teeth out of their head!
I see an angry electorate on both sides, more than willing to toss the routine and usual out for something drastic. It's gonna come down to which solution wins out, socialism that collapses the economy or true conservatism and a mandatory dismantling of the crony capitalism & entitlement parasites killing this nation. This nation has a stark choice to make this Nov.
DDOH was 2 months early this year, due to the earlier start to the FL legislative session. We didn't get a big turnout, but did manage decent numbers. As always, we must thank Carol Nissen and the FDA Alliance for their undying support of DDOH. It was good to see many students and my pleasure to meet and spend time with UF's new dean, Dr. Isabel Garcia. I think it's vital to have academia work with us in Tallahassee and would love to see more dental faculty there. I believe this was a good experience for the dean and I hope to see her at more of our future events. Our issues were pretty much the same as last year's and all we need is for the RPOF to do its job, pass a budget and fund our bills.
